Same as last week, no plans for each day, but we have pizzas, chicken kiev, and a few other things. We also might get another rotisserie chicken because it worked out really well last week to make tacos and wraps out of it! H said we should just get one every week and I didn't want to because I wanted some variety, but there's so much you can do with it! So maybe we won't do it every week, but probably quite often, haha. Much easier and faster (and cheaper!) than cooking up chicken breasts or something!
Tonight & Monday: Teriyaki Chicken with pineapple, peppers and onions on brown rice Tuesday: Eating out as we'll be in Chicago Wednesday & Thursday: Skinnytaste chicken sausage, spinach and pasta Friday: Pizza Saturday: chicken sausage leftovers
- Ham steaks with roasted sweet potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower - spaghetti sauce with various pastas for several meals - chicken enchiladas - homemade pizza
I suck at meal planning. It seems like such a daunting task lol. Tonight I'm eating at the bowling alley and that's all I have planned
I hate meal planning. I force myself to do it or I don't know what we'd ever eat! (seems like I always need ingredients from the store). We're limited too by the fact that we don't eat beef or pork. Every week I complain about doing it and tell my H that meal planning is the bane of my existence, lol!
