My car is 13 years old- my parents bought it for me when I turned 16. It has almost nothing, but not having a car payment for the last ten years has made it worth it I'm planning to get a new car in the next year or so, and even the basic models will seem luxurious to me!
We have a 2012 and a 2013, both are pretty up to date technology wise. Navigation, heated/cooled seats, BLIS, back up cameras, parking sensors, push button start and bluetooth.

I have a 2006 Ford Fusion. It has a 6 disc changer and power windows. That's about it, but at least it's paid for. The only thing I wish it had is an aux input so I could play my iPod.
So, so basic. Power windows, after market stereo, AWD....uh, that's it. It's 15 years old, in great mechanical shape (:::knocks on wood:, paid for and worth something on trade in.
2012 Mazda 5 - not very techie, but I'm not a big tech person.
CD player, it's set up for satellite radio but I don't have the subscription to it. And I think there's Bluetooth and a usb port, but I don't use them either.

Brand new (bought in December) but it's a base model. No heated seats, navigation, blue tooth, power sliding doors. We do have an auxiliary input for the radio and floor mats! It was cheaper to take a base model 2014 minivan off I toyota's lot than an of lease model with lots of extras.
Bluetooth, navigation with traffic info., DVD, voice recognition, heated seats, reverse camera with object alarm, Sirius/XM radio, auto dimming mirror, 12 volt power outlet, power tailgate.
I love the Bluetooth because you press a button and it starts playing songs off your iPhone.....no cables!
Mine is a 2011 Honda CR-V. I have backup camera, Bluetooth, In-dash navigation, touch screen dash, heated power seats, 4WD, some functions can also be voice-controlled, like the sound system, phone, etc
My next car is a Tesla. It has lots of techie things.
Mine is a 2002 Beetle and has nothing except for heated seats.
This weekend we went shopping for a 2013 used Civic... and I've been convinced I need a 2015 new Civic SE. Blue tooth, reverse camera, side camera, touchscreen, iPhone app,
So now we're pricing them someplace else after work. Pretty sure I will have a new car this weekend.

We just replaced a 98 Corolla with a fully loaded 15 Outback Limited.
I had to roll down the window in the Corolla to use the exterior handle to open the car door and get out, or climb over and exit through the passenger side. The Outback is a million times more advanced. We're still figuring out how to use all the features.
Mine is a 2011 Kia Sorento. It has panoramic sunroof (not really techie but I love it), bluetooth, usb hookups, satellite radio, voice commands, heated seats, push button start. I just hook up my phone to google maps and that is all I need for nav.
Can I just rant about how much I hate all of this tech crap added to cars? Because I am going to.
I HATE ALL OF THIS TECH CRAP ADDED TO CARS!
Just give me a damn engine, 4 wheels, and maybe a radio. MAYBE. Each bit of this extra shit is just one more thing that is going to either break or be obsolete in 5 years. And why, in the name of all that is good and holy, would I need a car that can update my facebook status for me? WHYYYYYY?
Buying a used car in 5 years is going to be so fucking absurd.
Pretty techie. I have a 2014 Kia Forte with all the bells and whistles. It has a navigation system. I have a USB port. And if I plug in my phone or iPod it will show the album art on the display screen. Bluetooth, Hands free talk and a back up camera. But it doesn't beep while backing up?? So odd. And I wish it had automatic start on the key or via app like the Hyundai I looked at.
Front and back heated seats. The driver seat has a cooling feature. Heated steering wheel and push button start.
2005 Chevy Malibu. I was pretty excited about power locks and windows. I do wish it had the port to connect my phone to play music though. For the first time in my life since I was 16, I have no car payment, so I really don't care too much.
I drive a 2014 bmw 328d, so it's ridiculously techie. Comfort access (can open the door and trunk by touch as long as my keys are in my pocket/bag), Bluetooth, navigation, back up cameras, etc. I love it.

I have a 2012 Chrysler Town & Country and it has a lot of bells and whistles.
Heated seats and steering wheel, Bluetooth, push button start, 2 DVD players (actual players, not just 2 screens), Voice Assist, USB ports, power doors and liftgate system, touch-screen menu, rear-camera w/ parking assist, side sensors, hard drive to where I can upload my music to play or photos to be displayed on the screen, etc.
I always said I'd never be a minivan mom, but I love mine.
