I bought size 10 jeans on Friday! I never thought I'd see that size again.
This week's goal is to increase my vegetable and water intake a little more. Once we get settled into our new schedule, I am going to introduce exercise to my body again--I need to do more than just walk.
Seeing any progress? No real progress other than a loss based on switching scales. Boo.
Did you meet your goal? I ran 5 days, yoga'ed 2 days and did a really long run yesterday. I'm down to a hair wash every 3 days and still sticking to the no soap on my face.
This week's goal? Cut out alcohol (this one is going to be tough). Cook well rounded dinners. Keep up with the exercise and beauty routines.
Seeing any progress? Well, I haven't weighed yet but I don't feel like I'm making any progress.
Did you meet your goal? I did make it to the gym three times last week, but my portions are still too big. I'm also slipping back into my bad habit of not eating anything all day and then inhaling a large dinner at night.
This week's goal? Try not to kill anyone and try not to eat my weight in fast food. Hopefully make it to the gym at least twice.

Seeing any progress? I feel better
Did you meet your goal? ah, no. I haven't exercised. I have been eating better (except yesterday, let's not talk about that). Hence feeling better. That wasn't a goal yet, but I'm going with it.
This week's goal?
Continue to work on my eating and exercise once. I can do that, at least, right? (Someone kick my ass here!). Continue drowning myself in water.
Did okay this week, but the weekend was a rush of PMS eating junk. Not a lot of it, but enough where my bod felt gross. I am a little down that it will take forever to see changes, since I'm trying not to touch the scale and I have a lot to lose. Some clothes/pants are fitting better, which is good.
This week, keep drinking a ton of water, eat at home whenever possible, no booze (except for Saturday )
I have not been weighing myself, so no trackable progress. I did start yesterday and my pants are not uncomfortably tight, so I'll take that as an indicator of something positive.
I did not meet my goal last week. A couple of days I had a TON of coffee and not enough water. I definitely notice the difference in how I feel when I don't get enough water. I also drank more beer than I normally would. And then I canceled my hike because of killer cramps.
This week my goal is to continue drinking more water, eat small portions, and get in 1-2 days of some kind of movement.
