My weigh-in is on Wednesday and I'm not feeling too optimistic. This weekend was not pretty--I was out of town for by BFF's bday. We were in a cabin in rural Alabama and the closest town had 2 restaurants. Delicious food, but I definitely ate too much. Last night was my BIL's bday celebration and I felt sick after eating junk for 2 days.
I'm grocery shopping tonight, though. I have all my meals planned up through Sunday lunch. Not sure of our Super Bowl plans yet.
Skinnytaste Stuffed Pepper Soup, Macaroni Casserole and Sriachca Salmon are on the plan this week. Leftovers for lunch and egg muffins for breakfast. Hopefully I can get my butt in gear and get all my runs in this week, although it looks like I'll only be able to do strength training once. We'll see.

I went to my first meeting since finding out I was pregnant (about 18 months ago ) and it was not pretty. I am so frustrated with myself that I managed to gain back all but 8 pounds of what I lost. We are planning on TTC again in the late summer or fall so I want to get some of this weight off before then.
Did any of you do WW while nursing? I'm reading conflicting info about extra points for nursing and my leader didn't have a solid answer for me.

Have you had the Skinnytaste Stuffed Pepper soup before? It is SO GOOD. I made it last week for dinner and had the leftovers every day until it was gone.

Yes! I made it..2 weeks(?) ago and we did the same. This will be the first time making the mac & cheese casserole.
The first time my husband had the soup, I told him "It's from that website/cookbook I like." He said "That skinny b**** has some good recipes."

Are you online at all with WW? I thought they added 15 points a day on top of your usual daily allotment and weekly points. It might be different now. I was totally breast feeding and following WW 2 years ago...and then breast feeding didn't work out. Womp womp. I missed those points, lol!
I haven't got my e-tools code yet. The meeting leader said 14 extra points for BFing moms but wasn't sure if that stays the same when baby starts eating solids.
I was down 2 but again was not eating much due to emotional stress. I am starting however to move on emotionally which means my appetite has returned which is good and bad! Now that I'm settled in the new apartment I'll be able to start really tracking and digging in again.
I was only down .4, which was disappointing to say the least.
I had a couple days during the week where I didn't eat all my points, and then there was a shower at work on Friday where I ate a cupcake and two chocolate-covered pretzel rods. So, yeah. But hey, a loss is a loss, right?!
congrats to all the ladies who lost, and good luck to those starting up. to everyone having not a great week, it's just ONE WEEK in the grand scheme!! it'll come off eventually!
As expected, I gained. But I have a good plan in place for this week and next...and the only hurdle I have to get through is the game on Sunday. I plan to have Weeklies available for then (and make some healthy apps to have on-hand....although I'm looking forward to some wings!).
