Noticed some brown stuff on the TP this morning and it's still there when I wipe. Not a lot, just a little on the first wipe. I was supposed to have my GD test, ultrasound to check on low placenta and monthly checkup today and of course had to move it all to Friday because of the storm. I can feel her moving in there so that's a relief. I haven't told H because I don't want to worry him. I feel like if I call the OB they'll say if it's brown and there's no cramping there's nothing to worry about. So I probably don't need to call, right?
Try not to worry too much. Brown blood is no big deal because it's supposed to be old blood. Call them if it makes you feel better. The fact that you're feeling her move is a good sign!

Tmi but have you recently strained to poop? I had some minor spotting from my cervix when I was dealing with constipation. Everything is so swollen that the pressure caused the bleeding.

I think last night I had a kinda difficult "movement" so it could be from that. I'm going to just monitor and will call if anything gets worse. I'd hate to page an OB for this since the office is likely closed and therefore no nurse to talk to. Just figures it's the day I would have had an ultrasound and check and wouldn't have to worry!
Is there a nurses line you could call into? My office you can page a nurse or OB when the office is closed. I am sure its nothing but it might make you feel better to have a medical professional tell you that. Get some rest, I hope it stops soon!
Brown blood is older blood, and you feel the baby moving so that's good! Drink water, gatorade, and put your feet up and relax. Call the nurse line/doc and let them know but don't be too concerned (easier said that done I know!).

I would assume things are ok if you're feeling movement and the spotting is just brown, but it wouldn't hurt to call and see what they say. Try to relax and keep your eye on it. Hopefully it goes away and means nothing!
In the same boat, but since I spotted for 13 days straight, then had a few days off, and now it has started up again, I'm not going to call. Their response was basically that unless it is red and heavy enough to soak a pad in an hour or two, I should try not to worry too much. By all means, call your OB because every situation is different. But if it isn't heavy and red, you are probably fine.

Thanks for all the support. I relaxed and hydrated all day. The brownish discharge hasn't shown again for a while. I called the regular line during business hours and they were indeed closed, so I didn't page an OB. I figured if anything gets worse I can have them paged anytime, otherwise I'll just mention it at my appointment on Friday. She's been super active today which helped me be less worried. She was kicking so hard that I pulled up my shirt and saw my tummy jump!
