I saw this and rolled my eyes. No shock here. They do seem to have it out for the Seahawks in general and Marshawn in particular. $15K if he does it in the Super Bowl? $10K for wearing gold shoes? They're being very proactive in fining him.

I think deflate-gate is being dragged out so long because Roger Goodell is looking for a way to pin it on Marshawn.
