So DH definitely has the flu, no doubt about it at this point. I'm avoiding him as best I can while still medicating, feeding, and watering him. I googled how to treat the flu and it seems like I'm doing pretty much what I can. So then I googled how I can treat myself if/when I get it, since not all meds are approved. Then I ended up reading about how a high fever during the first 4-6 weeks if pregnancy may cause brain damage. So now I'm all worked up about something I can do absolutely nothing about until I start showing symptoms. I was clearly not prepared for the levels of paranoia one experiences during pregnancy.
Sorry to hear that your H is sick. Is it possible for him to stay in another bedroom for a few days until he feels better? Otherwise drink tons of water, and keep up on the vitamins and rest!
Don't panic!!! You'll be fine. I'm guessing by "high fever" they mean pretty freaking high. Don't forget if you do get sick and get a fever, you can take Tylenol to keep the temperature down which will protect the baby (disclaimer: I'm not a doctor, just using common sense). I'm sure plenty of people get sick while pregnant and have perfectly healthy babies.
I agree with PP if your H definitely has the flu, call the OB and see if there is anything you can take preemptively. Did they give you the flu shot on your first appointment?
I think you would have to have a really high fever for a sustained period of time to do any damage. You can take fever reducers while pregnant so I wouldn't freak out. As noodleoo stated people who are pregnant get sick all the time and its fine. You will be fine even if you do catch whatever he has from him.

He is in the guest room for the foreseeable future. He can have the lazy pitt/lab nurse dog who loves nothing more than sleep and cuddles. I have the high energy border collie. No dog trading to prevent germs from spreading. This is probably not a foolproof plan ^o)
You may want to see if your OB would want you to take preventative Tamiflu.
I didn't even know this was a thing until earlier today, otherwise I would have taken DH to the clinic before we got snowed in. I'm definitely calling my OB about it tomorrow, as I'm sure they are only accessible for emergencies today. I'm sure you guys are right about needing a pretty high fever to do any real damage. DH's fever isn't even that high and he's looking perkier as the day goes on. Right now he is really, really stressed about missing work tomorrow, which is crazy. He is a chef, so not only is his job physically rigorous, but he could easily make people sick. His boss is a workaholic who is already grumbling and sending passive aggressive texts about him possibly missing work tomorrow. Finally he called so they could hear how terrible he sounds. I told him if his boss insists he comes in I'm writing to the health inspector!

Keep yourself hydrated. First trimester I was sick with something, and my ob approved Tylenol to get my fever down. It wasn't super high, but slightly over 101.
I had dental x Rays in the 2Ww and found out I was pregnant a few days later. I was so freaked out! My ob was reassuring and everything has been smooth sailing during my pregnancy. It will be ok. Dr. Google can be helpful but also really can misdiagnose and be a tool of paranoia.
