I TRY to get up at 5:30 so I can catch an earlier bus, but I usually end up getting up at 6:15. Giving me a flexible schedule on when I come in and leave gives me too much room to be lazy.

Somewhere between 4:30am and 5:30am - depends on when the kids get up.
Our nanny arrives at 7am and I'm out the door 5-10 minutes later.
Once our kiddos start attending daycare this summer I will get myself and the kids up at 5am, H will leave around 5:45am to drop them off at daycare, and I can get ready ALLLLL by myself. And leave earlier to beat traffic.
Work days: I get up at 5, out the door by 6:20 with both kids (we wake shane at 5:45, ethan is always up). Drop them off at daycare and 50 minute commute to work for 7:30 start.
I would love to sleep in on the weekend but Ethan is the most awful sleep ever (still) and he get up at 5, or just before. Every. Single. Day.

4:50 because I have to get the two kids ready for school and daycare. DH gets up even earlier, so I guess I shouldn't complain. I have to leave the house by 6:45.
