He doesn't have one but theoretically I'm not opposed to them, with certain conditions. 1. I have my own equivalent space or we share it equally and 2. It's not to be referred to as a "man cave" because I find that term irksome.

Yes. DH is really into collecting sports memorabilia and even though I love sports too, it's just too much for the rest of the house so a mancave exists for me just as much as it does for him. Right now it's the third bedroom, and when we finish the basement this year that will become the mancave/TV room.
My H can't stand the phrase "man cave," lol. He practices guitar in our back room, though, and that's where all of his CDs are stored and where couple of his old posters are hung up.
I've never lived in a place big enough as an adult to accommodate a man cave!
The guy I'm dating now has a music studio in his basement with a bunch of instruments and equipment, that I guess I'd consider a man cave. But he uses it for work and pleasure. I can handle a man cave that also makes you some money lol.
He refers to the basement as his man cave because there is sports memorabilia on the walls, a giant tv, and video games but it's not exclusively his by any means.
He wants one, but he would never use it. He's asleep on the couch by 7:00. He's asleep right now, it makes me mad. I should post his picture in retaliation, mouth hanging open and all.
Mine does, the bonus room is his space to decorate and do as he wants. All sports memorabilia is contained in that one area, he's got some nice stuff so it actually looks good, but I'm glad it's not anywhere else in the house.

he has a man cave with a sports theme and I have a craft room where I go to cry and stamp paper and we also have a room with a bunch of shelves for our cat.
Our third bedroom was turned into an office/media type room by taking the door off. So it has our desk, our ugly but comfiest chairs and all of H's guitars and video games. I like it.

My bedroom is my man cave. I'm pretty much that other poster's DH. I have a big screen tv, my phone, my iPad, my bathroom (DH uses the one down the hall and uses the closet in his office to store his clothes and shoes), everything. I spend most of my time there while DH hangs in the living room and sometimes sleeps there too (he's an insomniac).
DH does have problems with me being overly invested in my iPad/phone, so I make the effort to limit my time on those devices while he's in the room.
Yes and I love it. He decorated it himself in his medieval stuff (swords, shields, dragon table) and has a pool table and video game stuff. So the family room and tv is all mine in the evenings. Win-win.

Not currently, no.
But it is definitely in the plans for when we have our own place. I guess technically it's just a rec room. A lot of games, a bar, a tv, basically a room our friends can hang out and party in when they come over. I don't know why we call it a man cave. Probably because he will use it more than I will.

Aside from our bedrooms, the rest of our living space is literally just one open space. No place for any private space. I hole up in our bedroom sometimes, though. I love my bed and I sit and read or watch tv to get away from everyone.
No not like an official one. The living room is where he camps out. We only have one TV. Sometimes he gets out of control and I have to go to desperate measures to watch Downton Abbey and then he simmers back down again.
There is a limit to how many hours of singing competitions I can take.
No. We kinda laugh at them a little. I don't really understand the need for one, and I feel like they're weirdly passive-aggressive, like a "no girls allowed" sign.
You know what, though? I'd love if my H had his own space so I could just continuously throw all of his shit that he leaves laying around, through the door of that room. That would be totally worth a "no girls allowed" sign!

Does the garage count?
Its not decked out or decorated in a "man cave" style, but it's his place to go that's all his own. I think I've stepped in the garage 5 times over the last 13 years.
I guess you could count our garage. It's a 3 story, 10 car garage with a kitchen, bathroom, heat, air conditioning, wi/FI, sound system and flat screen for watching motor cross while he wrenches on cars.
