I'm down another pound! Food is about the same (consistent and mostly healthy). I have done some exercise every day (walk, run, or run/walk). Tuesday I even went for a 5 mi run (C finally fell asleep and I knew if I stopped he would wake up so I just kept adding on mileage)...it felt so good and I'm encouraged about being able to do my 1/2 marathon in may. And, pretty stoked since I was only cleared to run 2 wks ago after a 9 1/2 month break.
I weigh the same that I did last week. But I am okay with that because Tuesday night we were downtown and ate at Epic Burger, then yesterday we got shakes at SteaknShake to celebrate my braces coming off. Plus, I think I hit 10,000 everyday in the last week but yesterday. Back to healthy eating again today. (But I did log my food out, which I consider a plus!! Tuesdays did not put me over, but yesterday did)
I'm having a good week, fighting extra hard to lose weight since I'm holding on to AF bloat and I have to do the dietbet weigh in this weekend. I've been doing pretty well overall, a few slip ups here and there but nothing major.
I'm down .5 this week. I have been doing well with my eating and getting in at least 30 minutes of exercise when I am not working. My bff found a chocolate 5K run in our area in April so I need to buckle down and restart c25k again.
I flopped this week. Eating has been decent. I went for a 3.5 mile walk today. It was so refreshing to be outdoors even though it was quite windy and cold!

Eating has been going well, although I had a cookie the other day that was over my snack limit. It was delicious, lol. I still haven't gained weight! I feel like I have a little wiggle room, so I might loosen up a bit on snacks and maybe allow a couple cheat meals in a week as long as my numbers are still good. I'm planning one on Sat. My cousin and his FI are meeting us for lunch at Old Country Buffet so.. I'm going to enjoy it, damn it! Haha.
Exercise hasn't been great though. I intend to walk more, but I'm just so tired. Stairs get harder every day but I haven't given in and taken the elevator in a while still!

This week not so great for me. I got a work-out in on Monday, but I was in the house Tues - Thurs snow bound for the most part. I went to the gym this morning, but I woke up with a headache and working out didn't help, so I only got abs and arms in before I had to quit. However, Monday is a new day and a new start.
