I cook, he does the dishes. He loads the dishwasher, I unload it. If one of us doesn't do our job the whole system falls apart. So then I have to tell him, "I unloaded the dishwasher, I need you to load it before you go to bed so I can cook dinner tomorrow." or he will say, "You need to unload the dishwasher so I can load it again."
Sometimes if I'm feeling nice (or he didn't get to stuff and I just want the dirty stuff to get out of the way) I'll load the dishwasher for him, but he definitely doesn't expect me to.

I usually get most of the dishes done while cooking and then h and I switch off who does after dinner stuff. One of us puts D to bed and the other finishes up the kitchen.
H unloads the dishwasher the majority of the time though. I hate doing it.

DH used to wash the dishes. Now that I'm only working part-time, I do all the dishes. If I finally get a full time job, he will go back to doing the dishes.

My H does most of them. Our nanny does the rest. It is a sweet, sweet deal for me. I don't even have to cook all the time! My H does at least 25% of the cooking.
Honestly, my H is the one who usually cooks and does the dishes. He is the chef in our house and enjoys cooking. I am totally up for loading the dishwasher/helping clean up, but most nights he tells me to relax while he cleans up after dinner. So I oblige I do unload the dishwasher pretty frequently, though.
I do a lot while cooking, but I'm generally the one to finish them after dinner too. H loathes doing dishes. He always wipes down the counters and stove though.
Usually I do, because I clean as I go and I like a tidy kitchen right after we eat. My H would totally do it (and used to), but his timeline is a little different than mine lol.
I cook 100% of the time. He does dishes about 75% of the time. It used to be 100% H doing dishes, but since we moved he has longer hours so I do dishes when I cook for myself.

I do both right now, because I stay at home. We eat almost as soon as my husband comes home, so I like to let him have a little relaxation/time with the boys after.
When we both worked, my husband usually cooked, and I did the dishes.

I always cook. H always does dishes. Hell no am I cooking and cleaning it up. I help rearrange/load the dishwasher if there's a lot of stuff because he kinda sucks at spatial reasoning lol.
We split the other stuff pretty evenly, but my h knows I HATE cleaning toilets and am afraid of the outside trash can (was always my job as a kid/traumatized by spiders lol) so he always does those things so I don't have to. And since he's pretty nice he will usually just kick me out of the bathroom and clean the whole thing.
I cook, he cleans up afterward. I try to clean as I go as much as possible. When we have them, the kids carry their own dishes into the kitchen and generally, one kid walks the dog and the other kid helps clean after dinner.
If it's just H and me, he will walk the dog while I cook and then he cleans up after dinner.
I cook and do most of the clean up. The girls clear the dishes and load the dishwasher but I hand wash anything that needs it, put away left over food, sweep and wipe down surfaces. I tidy as I cook so after dinner clean up is fairly quick. If I needed or wanted my H to help, he would but he usually works for an hour or so after dinner in the office.
