What's going on in your life that you're excited about, or something you're looking forward to? Can be big things or little things!
Little thing: my dad is taking us out to lunch today, yay!
Big-ish thing: I really hope DH comes home from his business trip and says we can name babygirl Marie. Now that I've pitched the idea, I'm anxiously awaiting an answer!

We have a lot going on in the next few weeks. DD's first birthday and her party; my sister coming into town to see DD, and a big vacation. H has been so stressed at work lately, he (and I!) really needs this vacation.
Little: I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon, and MIL is coming over to watch DD so I can run errands afterwards IN PEACE. (Exciting things to do: check out Target's baby sale, go to Costco for produce. LOL)
Big: Getting this baby out of me. Hopefully 9 weeks or less. I am crossing my fingers for a 38 weeker.
Little: H is being put up in a fancy hotel for the week and we are staying Sunday night with him. I told my boss I'm working a half day so I can sleep in. Plus room service for Superbowl!
Big: Either M's 1st birthday or our trip to Boston coming up. We both need a break and some good family time.
Looking forward to our cruise in March! I've never been on a cruise, and I'm looking forward to visiting warm places, and my family hanging out with J so I can get a much needed break
Right now? I'm star fishing in the bed!! DH just left for work, I'm home sick, and the ILs are downstairs watching DS. Rumor has it my mil would like to help me out by tidying up & vacuuming, too. Woo hoo!!!
Long term: pretty excited to plan DS' 1st birthday party. I'm Not really an over the top entertainer/party person, but I'm ready to go all Pinterest on this one!
Little: I feel like things are really on track lately. Kids are getting easier, I'm getting time to myself, the house is together and we're moving forward on long term projects. DH's health and energy is improving with every night of sleep. We're even watching the budget and eating decent dinners at home. All kind of mundane but together, it's making me feel pretty excited.
Big: This spring/summer, it's almost February! It'll be spring soon! I can't wait to get outside with the kids. I signed DD up for soccer yesterday and I think the pool is actually going to be manageable this year. We'll head south for a week of vacation in early March so that will be a nice kick off.

L's FIRST birthday party next weekend. We booked flights to Florida for March to go visit family (and the beach!). Working toward finally finishing our laundry room & moving the washer/dryer upstairs!
Little- Ideas from you all to attack L's sores Going to Target and BRU this morning.
We are leaving this afternoon to go visit my sister and her family for the weekend. I'm a little nervous to see how DS handles 5 hours in the car. We'll stop frequently so I can feed him and get him out of his seat.
My sister and bil have to work tomorrow,so they are leaving my 9 month old niece with us instead of sending her to daycare for the day. I can't wait to spend the day with her. She changes so much between visits. This also means that DH and I will be spending 8+ hours with a 2.5 year old, 9 month old and a 6 week old. I'm bringing a few bottles of wine.

Little: DS1's third birthday party is Saturday!
Nothing too big, but I'm okay with that. We are in survival mode at the moment but are talking about lots of fun things and big changes for the future.

Which cruise are you going to do?
Norwegian Gem going to Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, St. Maarten and Tortola. Not one I necessarily would have picked, but I'm not paying and I'm excited for any kind of getaway.
