Actually, I think it is a sinus infection/ sinus cold. I was just waiting for it to go away in its own, but I'm running this relay in Florida next week (12 miles total) and I'm having a hard time training.

I'd see a doctor. There is a nasty upper respiratory infection going around here and everyone is having to see the doctor to get better. Some people get better on mucinex d but others need steroids
Brandy. 2 shots in hot water with lemon. Add a shot of honey. Thank me in the morning.
If it is a legit sinus infection I'd go to the dr. for meds. Meds always make mine go away in like a day and then I'm all mad I didn't just go 2 weeks sooner.
Yeah, you may require meds at this point. I had a sinus infection that I didn't deal with quickly enough and it went into a chest cold and then bronchitis. I was sick for over a week. Do you have an urgent care place you could go to and get in and out in a couple hours?

^Yep, that's exactly what happens to me if I try to "tough it out". I end up having to repeatedly say "no, I swear I have never smoked" as they prescribe me an antibiotic, cough syrup with codeine and at least one inhaler.
If it's just a sinus infection at this point and not proceeded to a chest cold/bronchitis, it shouldn't affect you negatively with your training.
