Yes, pretty specific too, and not always junky/unhealthy. Although I'm currently craving a donut with chocolate icing and sprinkles, and I've been craving it all week.
Not often, but when I do, it's very specific. Most recently it was feta cheese stuffed olives. I crave beets maybe once or twice a year, which is really odd because I hate the taste of them.
Sorry if I'm coming across as a creeper in this post by liking a bunch of posts.
I've been eating better (for me) for the last three years to lose weight/maintain my weight. Now that I'm pregnant? Omg. I'm not stopping myself from eating ALL THE THINGS TexMex, cheeseburgers, chicken strips, pizza. Oh, and I never really drank much fruit juices or sodas or ate sweets. NOW? I LOVE sodas (Coca Cola /Dr. Pepper), DONUTS, sweet cereals, and ice cream. I've become pretty round in my pregnancy and I'm scared my doctor is going to lecture me today.
Every once in a while I get real cravings, but otherwise it's regular hunger. The only time I am ever into chocolate, however, is the week before my period comes, and that has been the case for at least the last five or six years.

Lots of cravings, usually for really specific things. Lately it's been carrots and edamame. I have eaten so much edamame lately. I keep meaning to google to see if too much is a bad thing.
Of course, lately it's been cheese. Last night I ate an entire block of cheese with crackers.
I do notice after a few weeks of entirely eliminating a particular food, I will no longer crave it...looks like I will be cutting cheese and junk/processed foods because my eating is out of control lately.
