I'm frustrated because I didn't lose this week, I'm the same. Overall weightloss about 7lbs, but it's frustrating because I feel like I should be seeing more results. I have started lifting weights so maybe its just taking longer to show a loss because of muscle or whatever, but I'm annoyed. I'm trying to be hopeful though and I knowing there's still 4 more weeks to get the rest off! I really want to reach my goal weight.

I've been tweaking my calorie consumption and thank you EnchantedSoul for giving me some advice on the fitbit/calorie stuff, because I think I've found my sweet spot! This week was great for me, and really is making me feel good about what I'm doing.
I'm up almost a pound, but I started spotting last night so I know it's all period weight. Blah. At least I know if I'm good the next week, it'll be back down. I was .3 away from the next decade, so it's super frustrating!
I'm up 2. Started spotting yesterday afternoon. Sucks.

I wasn't expecting to lose much since I start back to work this week but I suppose that since I have been so busy I haven't had time for extra snacking. I lost another kilo, so 2.2 lbs. I haven't really had time to exercise but I'm hoping to this weekend.
Well done everyone! It's so hard not to get discouraged, but we are all doing an awesome job! Keep up the good work!
I'm frustrated. I'm up a pound despite sticking to my eating and workout plans. According to the math, I should be down at least three or four pounds over the past two weeks, instead I'm up one. I know I'm bound to hit a tipping point soon and if I just stay the course I'll get results, but I'm tired from H being up 6 times last night and sore from lifting and I made a peanut butter and chocolate ganache pie last night for DH and I just want to down a chunk with my morning coffee!

I may have asked this before but are you eating enough calories? I went about three weeks of starving myself and eating only 1200 calories and losing nothing. I bumped it up to 1500 and it started to drop off again.

I think so. I have my MFP set to maintain, which gives me nearly 2000 calories per day. I pretty much break even every day, but I'm breast feeding full time, which means I deduct 500-600 from that, so I think I'm actually netting 1400-1500 calories a day. Does that make sense?
