I'm so glad she was able to call you and get to the hospital quickly. From what I understand that is very important with strokes. I was extremely close with my grandmothers and know how hard it is to see them not doing well. I will keep you and your family in my prayers!
This is what I'm worried about and I couldn't be more mad.
She felt the pain at 11pm and didn't call me until 445am.
I am so sorry! I hope she recovers well. My grandpa had several significant strokes and it is amazing how resilient the brain can be. Sending good healing thoughts.

That sounds like my grandmama, she never wanted to put anyone out. She is lucky to have you.

This is so true. One of my grandmothers had encephalitis and the recovery she made was truly amazing.
Prayers for your grandma, you and your family, laz. Most hospitals have a chapel on site and it can be a quiet place to take a deep breath, say some prayers (or not), but just to regroup for a second amidst the chaos. Will keep your grandma in prayer as the medical team assesses her needs.
I'm so sorry. She's lucky to have you, though. I'm glad she called you. I know that my grandparents worried sometimes that they leaned on me too much, but I was always happy that they knew how much I cared.
