I loved it. i sobbed. the scene where camille finds him - i sobbed. it was played perfectly. i want to know if J and J had a miracle baby or adopted 3.
I thought they did a good job wrapping it up. The Zeek dying scene was a little too soon for me personally, but I appreciate that they put a neat little bow on the whole thing. I'm sad that Parenthood is no more.

I think they wrapped it up nicely, but could totally have spent less time on the wedding and more time on wrapping up each of the stories. The montage at the end was a beautiful idea but felt rushed.
Oh and I'm also slightly bothered by Adam taking over Chambers. Yea he was great with the kids, but wasn't Chambers Kristina's baby?
I felt like he was just taking that job because it was a paycheck but he didn't love the idea like he loved working with Crosby at what's it called. I think maybe he was happier at Chambers than Kristina was.
Also, were they hinting that Jasmine was pregnant at the end or did I make that up?

I was pretty sure Jasmine was pregnant. It looked like she had a huge belly!

Yes Jasmine was pregnant at the end!
Overall, I'm satisfied with the end, but I too wish they had spent a little less time on the wedding. I hope for a parenthood reunion someday.
Overall, I thought they did a good job, but it was predictable. I also want to know if Joel & Julia adopted again. Them adopting Victor's sister was sweet, but Sydney would've flipped out. Adam taking over Chambers didn't make sense, along with Christina working for a non-profit to make more money? Just didn't work for me. The Haddie scene was awkward & unnecessary. I thought how they handled Zeek dying was good in that it wasn't a dramatic hospital death. I'm really sad that it's over.

I hated the Haddie scene. That was awful. Poorly done and just really weird. I mean, I know they had to have her back for the finale but that scene was just terrible.
I agree they spent a lot of time on the wedding and not enough on the wrap up.
I love that Joel and Julia adopted Victor's sister.
I like what they did with Crosby and the luncheonette but I thought the scene where he told Adam was really odd and rushed.
This should probably go in UO but I've always liked Ray Romano's character. I'm glad he and Sarah ended up together. As "nice" as Mark was that was always a weird relationship.
I'm not sure how I feel about Adam taking over Chambers. I kind of thought it was like a sacrifice Kristina was making so he could do what he loved because she could get a job doing something else.
I'm glad Zeek was the one who died. The scene where Millie found him was well done. The baseball game wrap up was a little goofy and it definitely felt rushed but overall I don't think it was terrible.

I didn't notice Millie's boobs during the ball game (had opened my computer at that point), but Jasmine's during the wedding really annoyed me in her lace dress!
My overall take-away is that big families are awesome and I wish my own family was bigger. Dh comes from a big family (though he only has 2 siblings, but both his parents have lots of sibings) and it's awesome.
Haddie was the reason I quit the show. Are you people telling me I should really try this again, because everyone hates Haddie and she eventually goes away?

Yes! After she goes off to college you will only see her once or twice.
I liked to finale. I am glad Zeke is the one that died and it was not some huge surprise/shock death. Haddie is annoying and that scene with Max was awkward. Loved watching Max dance with a girl at the wedding. I enjoyed the ending and liked the way it showed the future. I thought they wrapped it up nicely.
Maybe an UO, but I was underwhelmed (is that a word?) by the finale. No big surprises. Adopting Victor's sister was a nice touch and I liked that they wrapped things up pretty nicely for all....but wanted something really big thrown in the mix. Not "Who Shot JR?" big, but kind of ...okay, yeah, I wanted that!
I'm kind of glad there were no big surprises. We all got closure on the major points and that was all I needed.
Meh, the wedding bored me. Yes, sweet she got to see her family all dressed up, but where did all those people you never saw come from?! I could not stand what Haddie said to Max. It was such a backhanded compliment! It made me so angry. And seriously I would have rather had a bit more clarity on the future since they cancelled the series. 30 sec glimpses wasn't enough for me.
The Millie at the B&B was too predictable. Her finding Zeek though was heartwrenching.
The baseball game was so strange to me. and pouring his ashes on the field. While he mentioned baseball through the series it was never a major part of him.
It was sweet...I'm glad there weren't any HUGE surprises...I thought the ending was rushed and a little *too* tidy...everyone doing what they love and having big happy families...it was all just a smidge *too* perfect. But overall, I liked it and I'm uber sad it's all done.

The pilot is all about baseball and max playing baseball and Adam coaching Max...I think they were trying to come full circle. Start with a baseball game and end with one.
Finally just finished. Yes, it was neat, tidy & unpredictable, but I loved it. I agree, a few more minutes on the future and less on the wedding, but overall I a was pleased.
I don't know why Millie going to the B&B was a big deal - it was always her thing and I'm sure a few years later was a great way to heal/grieve/reflect/etc.
I did think the 4th baby for Joel & Julia was over the top, but I loved it anyway.
I thought the baseball game was appropriate, besides what was already mentioned baseball game up many more times - one of the kids called baseball their family's religion. Something like they didn't go to church on Sundays, but baseball games.
I kind of wish it had been a few more years later - to see what happened w/ some of the grandkids. And, as annoying as Hattie was, it's odd that they didn't show her in the future.
