When I'm constantly on it, I'm fine. When I stay away from it, I withdrawl. Headaches, fatigue, irritablity etc. I inevitably eat it again and I can feel my sugar spike.

I "tolerate" it by not realizing what a negative impact is has until I cut it. I just completed a whole 30, and it's amazing how your body can be so affected by sugar even if you don't eat cookies/sweets all day long. It's literally in everything (processed).
I definitely have a sugar problem. However, if I can manage to cut it out I feel great until I sneak a little in. Then it makes me wicked lethargic, moody and gave me stomach problems.
I don't know that I can properly answer this because I eat a ridiculous amount of sugar. If I ever cut back I'm sure I would notice how it effects me but for now I just keep eating it constantly.
I tolerate it quite well. it takes a LOT of sugar to get my hyper and make me crash. even when I was on a low carb diet for several months last year, eating sugar didn't give me a buzz or make me crash.
It increases my physical feeling of anxiety, but I haven't ever noticed having more energy. I will just start to feel like I am really anxious, but I don't know why. It also now makes me sick because FODMAPs.

My H is always telling me to eat more sugar - I have a salty tooth and tend towards those types of snacks. On workout days sugar does make me feel better. So I guess I tolerate it well?
