30.5 miles My highest in a year.
After my half in Jan 2014, I pretty much stopped running. First because I needed a break, then infection, then surgery, then I was hating running. Literally stopped during a run and started crying. Realized I just needed a break.
I forgot that running can be run! It's been s good month. I'm still getting my mileage back, but it's so nice not to dread my runs.

108.5, which is a lot less than i had planned but way better than I thought I'd see with the winter of sickness. Only 10 days of cross training, though, which is crap.
THREE whole miles, y'all! Yeah.... I'm enjoying my "short" break from running a little too much.

I'm taking an unplanned break for now. I did start T25 but only made it through a week and a half before work & life got in the way. We're also putting our house on the market this spring/summer so I've been working through the house and purging on the weekends. Great to see you guys all still going strong!!! :Y:
20 more than I planned b/c DS decided he had so much fun at his wrestling tournament today, he wanted to sign up for tomorrows too. Bye bye Sunday morning run, hello Saturday afternoon run. Also important to note is I was told this after my lunch that consisted of Dunkin Donuts. This is not proper planning. ETA: But the brownie batter donut is back, and it is so worth it!

Those unplanned runs always make my unhealthy choices bite me in the ass.
Um....12 running (one two miler and one ten miler). Sad day. Slowest month in over a year. Weather has been crap, and I've been sick this past week. I went to CrossFit 13times (also my slowest month since starting in July....thanks damn virus), but two of those days were double workouts.
Hoping for MUCH better numbers this month. I have. Half on March 7th!
