I hear success stories, but I'm skeptical. I've done ww with success, but I just can't seem to get back into it. I need to lose weight and control portions. Any 21 day fix users? I'm interested in learning more.
I just did the nutrition plan and lost 12 lbs during the 21 days. It was great. I'm planning on doing it again in a month or so.
Did you purchase just nutrition plan? I know I won't use the DVDs. Link appreciated if you have one.
Just google 21 day fix food and you'll find a ton of templates. It's just measuring your food- she gives each container a specific thing, ie- green is veggies and you can have x containers a day. I forget what size each container is but it's easily found online along with how many of each one you would get depending on your calorie goal
I do think you'll get great results with just the food portion, but if you do the workout DVDs with it you'll get the best results. The workouts are made to go with the nutrition plan.

I love 21 day fix! I just finished a round. I just did the meal part of it and the gym 2-3 times a week. I do like the videos though. I've done them before. This round I lost 7 lbs and My husband lost 11.
It can seem very daunting in the beginning. I also don't use the containers anymore and I just eyeball my measurements. This was my 4th round of it. I've lost 30 so far.
