Fri: Rest. I was super sore from working hard this week. Sat: 14 miles @ 8:21 pace. I was still sore from earlier in the week so I ran at what felt like a really comfortable pace and didn't push myself too hard. I was really happy with it. Sun: Rest. DH and I schlepped out in the blizzard to take some pics at the bean because we're huge dorks. So I guess ~3 miles walking through a blizzard counts as a semi-workout?

Fri - rest Sat - 3.16 miles of speed intervals Sun - total including warmup and cool down was 5.55 miles. Got a 1:05 min pr (25:03) at my 5k, got first in my age group, and had a course pr of over 9 mins. A guy from my running club pushed me the last tenth of a mile and then we went back out and to cool down ran in melmel48. One of my favorite races I think.

F: 3 mi S: 5 mile (longest since marathon two weeks ago!) I have a half in 3 weeks, so i figure i'd better up the weekend distance a bit S: circuit training - our usual ladies' workout group. Plus walking the dogs, and a LOT of yard work

We had some great weekends!
F: Nothing. Prepped gear and food for Saturday. Sat: 50k run with taratru. Had a blast! Felt like I got hit by a truck. Sun: Spent the day in my PJs, on the couch, groaning any time I had to get up and take the dogs out.
