Today was actually a pretty good day for DD:
B - english muffin w/ pb, grapes S - nilla wafers, applesauce pouch L - pasta w/ butter & parm, deli turkey, green smoothie S - cheese stick, raisins D - salmon, green beans, wild rice

B - homemade pumpkin oat pancake, yogurt S - blueberry applesauce pouch L - mac and cheese with peas, something else that I can't remember. But he barely ate. S - snapea crisps D - fish (cod?), sweet potato fries, broc
Eta he nursed 4 times today. And he drinks wcm with meals but only about 8 or 9 oz total.

B-3 mini pancakes, a couple strawberries and a couple bites of my egg whites A-applesauce pouch and done fruity Cheerios at our play date L-cheeseburger slider(maybe 3/4) watermelon. Gave cauliflower too but didn't eat it. S-piece of ham and cookie at the grocery store D-2 bites of chicken, a couple spoons of orzo, a banana and a chunk of avocado
B - whole grain waffle with PB (the shitty natural stuff you have to stir), banana, dry cereal L - Dr Praeger spinach cake, cheese stick, strawberries S - puffs, freeze dried strawberries D - pouch, cheese stick, like one bite of sweet potato and one strawberry
B - Eggs, bread S - Applesauce L - Ham, cheese, sausage, peas - probably a quarter of each portion. S - Bunnies and more bread D - threw his healthy delicious dinner on the floor and then ate two pouches. MOTY.

B - toaster blueberry waffle with 6 strawberries and a cup of milk S - 1/2 a banana and animal crackers (at daycare) L - Sweet and sour chicken and rice, Pear slices (at daycare, don't know if he actually ate the chicken and rice) S - tortilla chips and salsa D - chicken nuggets; peanut butter on a slice of whole wheat toast
Breakfast: Cheerios, avocado, yogurt with berries in the form of a popsicle Snack: don't know Lunch: sweet potatoes, baked tofu, roasted beets, steamed carrots, avocado Snack: ?? none? don't remember Dinner: some of the same stuff as lunch. Tasted smashed roasted potatoes, braised fennel, and white bean soup. Spitted it all out. More yogurt-berry popsicles.
B: waffle with PB and honey strawberry greek yogurt S: applesauce pouch and fruit snacks L: mac n cheese, banana S: Orange D: a crap ton of peas and like 1 bite of his lasagna.
B--1 clementine, half a piece of toast w/cream cheese, some slices of a pear S-- daycare fed her and I haven't seen the menu. They always make pretty good food though. L-- daycare, again S--dried mangoes D--half a Dr. Praeger's veggie pattie, 1/3 a steamed beet, some cottage cheese (she started rejecting the beet, so I mixed in cottage cheese, which is how I can get her to eat anything!), half a piece of toast w/hummus, another clementine.

B1: waffle, one sausage link, half orange, fruit snack. B2: little oatmeal, banana L: Hamburger rice casserole, cauliflower (I doubt he ate that, but it was on his report) S: Kix D: 3 chicken nuggets, grapes, 1/2 pouch (didn't like the flavor), shredded cheese.
Drank 18 oz milk.
I'm worried I am creating a picky eater. I do try to give him what we have and/or some veggies but some days it's not worth the food waste to me. He also knows I will give him a snack.

B: 2" of banana chunks, shoveled in rice cereal with prune puree S: puffs, cheese, grapes L: baked chicken chunks, shoveled in veggie puree S: applesauce D: cut up baked ziti with carrots chunks, shoveled in chicken and veggie puree
See a theme? Food must come in chunks and shoveled purees. Such is life with no teeth. And this is pretty much what she eats every day. The only variety is sometimes there are baked potato chunks and the flavor of the purees change.

I cannot get this kid to eat meat unless it's CFA nuggets
1st breakfast: waffle and a little milk. 2nd breakfast: banana, apple, toast, milk Lunch: haystacks, whatever the hell those are, and peaches. Snack: club crackers and cheese Dinner: about a cup of peas and carrots(canned, for shame!) and half a peanut butter sandwhich, milk Snack: Cheerios
Breakfast: half of a whole wheat & flax waffle, blueberries, milk Snack: Goldfish Lunch: mac & cheese, green beans, 2 bites of a roll, ignored the ham Snack: fruit & veggie pouch of some sort and a banana that she insisted on cutting into chunks with a table knife herself Dinner: 1 1/2 chicken tenders, broccoli, corn and a piece of buttermilk chess pie (we met the ILs at Luby's for dinner)
B - a little yogurt and some cheerios at home, french toast i think at daycare, not sure how much he ate there L - i think it was noodles and meat sauce? Some kind of veggie (he maybe took a bite or two) and fruit (which im sure he didnt touch) S - bananas and milk D - a ton of mac n cheese, veggie pouch, applesauce, 1/2 slice of ww bread with cream cheese, some goat cheese, milk. It was a very cheesey night lol. he had part of a kid clif bar later
he has been sick, so I am just thilled he actually ate.
also, my kid is such a weirdo and doesnt really eat fruit other than the occasional banana and applesauce . Though He has liked smoothies recently which is really awesome.

6.5 year old: B: Oatmeal with frozen blueberries, cinnamon, maple syrup, and whole milk, water. L: PB&J, apple slices, carrot sticks, cubed cheese, water. S: Blueberry bread. D: Roasted chicken thigh, disdainful half bite of lemon ricotta pasta, water.
