This is the first month Ive used these. I usually stick to checking CM and using wondfos which has worked for me but for some reason I wanted to give these a try this month. However I think I'm regretting it because I'm now on day 5 of 'high' readings and no 'peak' readings yet. Is this normal?? I'm on cd 12 so I think based off of past months I should be ovulating soon, but I've had so many early losses over the last 8 months or so that my o dates are a little screwed up. If you've used these, how many days of high did you get before peak?
Starry used this - not tagging her, but I bet she'd be happy to help! She said something like that it's learning your cycle, so the first month shows a lot of readings and it gets more accurate as you go.
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.
I use them; I get too frustrated trying to compare the darkness of lines in regular opk's. I for some reason never get the "high" flashing smiley reading. I always go straight from the blank circle "low" reading to the solid smiley "peak" reading. Literally only one cycle that I used them I got the flashing smileys for 3 days and then got my period on the last day, I had started them too late. So I don't consider the high reading to be that reliable, but the peak definitely is. Whenever I get a peak, I also have ovulation pains/cramping the next day, and then my temps confirm O, so I am confident that it's accurate.
I know a lot of women who use the digitalis but not the advanced digitals. For me I prefer to have the smiley or blank circle and not have to deal with the flashing smileys.
