Hey guys, I didn't have the emotional energy to type it all out again last night, but I did post on TTTC for more info. Basically, I definitely have diminished ovarian reserve (DOR), and MH has minor motility issues (I think a cleaned up diet would help, but of course the doctor didn't say that!). He said because of the combo of issues, IVF with ICSI is my best bet. Next is IUI with injectables. Because of the work commitment, I asked if we could try meds alone this next cycle, and he's game, but not necessarily optimistic. He did say that he thought anything could happen with me, and he also wouldn't be surprised if I got pregnant on my own, because of my history of pregnancy recently. So, yeah.
We talked about it, and I think since this is 2IF and we'd be OOP for the $20k estimated cost (very high because I'd need lots of meds), we wouldn't do IVF. There is an IVF study that I'm going to see if I qualify for.
I had an ultrasound at the end and had 6 follicles mid-cycle, which he said he was really happy with for me. So, I needed a drink and a good cry after hearing all that, but I'm feeling a lot better today.
I'm going to start CoQ10 and DHEA, because they're supposed to be good for DOR patients, and I'll try Letrozole (Femara generic) this next cycle to see what happens. No IUI because we'll be on vacation, which hopefully helps!

Mushe I am so sorry to hear this update. But it sounds like the RE is cautiously optimistic, so that is encouraging. Please treat yourself and vent here whenever you need to. I am so sorry and sending you lots of love.
