My H isn't sure. I told him that there should have been a completely different list, but the four that the detailed questions were about (Tory Burch, Michael Kors, Coach, and Kate Spade) probably came from me and another group member's wife. I'm not sure why they didn't include more affordable options, or why they also didn't include the traditional luxury purse brands like Chanel, Hermes, Prada, LV, etc. It does feel a little too skewed to their narrow vision of what Coach itself believes it is.
I'll tell DH the survey is coming off as weird.
Haha I didn't realize thise four would be the same for everyone. TB, KS and MK were my top three choices and I figured they threw in coach since you said it was a coach survey, lol.
Same! I totally thought it was individualized. lol

I personally don't think they are the same, but Coach doesn't agree with me! My H's project is suggesting tweaks and/or major changes to Coach's business model to get them out of their downward spiral.
I think Coach is suffering from a backlash to their extreme popularity in the early-mid 2000's. Just like Prada bags had a cooling off period after the 90's, so it goes for Coach. Reinventing their image is going to be key in getting them to a better place sales-wise.
