I'm starting this because I have a whine. The drain stack for our master bathroom froze last night. So none of the water is draining. Not too much of an issue because we still haven't finished the shower repair, but we can't use the sinks or toilet. We are trying to warm it up from the garage below, but the majority of the stack is on the outside of the house. It's not going to be above freezing for several days so I think we'll just have to wait it out.
I'd like to get out of the house today, but it's supposed to snow more so we'll see. Maybe a Target run and hopefully Ash Wednesday Mass.
I am so tired. I just want to crawl back into bed for a long nap. I also want a fairy godmother who will wave a wand and make my house clean and organized.

I have a sore throat. I was around several sick people this weekend so looks like I got it. I'm going to try and hit the medicine hard before it gets too bad.
I'm beyond tired this morning. Work sucked yesterday. It was a long 18 hours. I need to put clothes on so I can go to the post office. After I get home the pjs are going back on.

krystee send that fairy godmother to my place when you're done! Haha
I'm tired today too but that's nothing new! I'm happy though because H said today that my favorite name is growing on him so it's back in the running! Yay!
I have a cough. It doesn't bother me too much during the day but at night it's hard to get to sleep and stay asleep. DH spent half the night on the couch cause he said when he came back to bed I was coughing on him in my sleep. Oops.
HoneySpider I hope you feel better soon! ewall My master bathroom is right over the garage as well. We found that keeping the temperature in the garage up helps to prevent freezing pipes. Also, I recommend blowing a hair dryer at the frozen pipes. Sounds silly, but the hair dryer thing worked for us once when we forgot to leave the faucets dripping!
HoneySpider Echinacea is a popular herbal remedy for preventing/treating the common cold. I believe it comes in pill form or teas (not absolutely sure). The plant is in the daisy family.
I'm on day two of spotting and cramps. AF isn't due until Sunday.
Chicago has called school off for tomorrow, but we got an email before they announced saying that we are open. I am hoping with all hope that we cancel too. I need one day to try and get ahead.
I have puppy class tonight until 9:45 PM. Which means I'll get home with an overtired pup around 10:15ish in the freezing cold weather. Gonna be tired tomorrow, if there is school, because I have a ton of crap to finish after puppy class.
I also got a call today from the doctor that I have a bacterial infection (had a pap on Monday). I'm assuming I'm not PG, but the meds aren't safe in first tri and the internet says not to take if ttc. But the doctor knows I'm trying, and I would like to think she remembered that when writing the prescription.
I'm sorry MrsAggie. Hope it goes away sooner rather than later.
I'm annoyed because all but two local districts have canceled school for tomorrow. Mine is one of those two. GRRRR. Just admit that it's going to be record cold and that it's too cold for all the huge numbers of walkers.
I'm more annoyed because a ton of teachers are going to call in tomorrow if there is school because all of their kids' schools are closed. But I don't have the excuse of having kids. So then I'd get grief for not showing up, especially since god knows there won't be enough subs to go around tomorrow. Plus I have a few special ed meetings that would only get rescheduled if the entire district is closed.
