My job is flexible, so my answer is I’ll work until I feel it’s time to stop. But I’ll probably go to 20 hours a week around week 35/36, either shortened days or less days in the office.
Whenever I stop pre-birth won’t have any impact on how much time off I’ll take after birth. That’s the good thing about a small company/firm in my case.
This is pretty much my situation. I also work for a small company and we have no maternity leave policy, plus I work mostly on commission. So I can take off whenever I want, it just affects my ability to earn money.
With DS, I worked the day I went into labor (water broke just after midnight at home) but I was definitely not working a full schedule until then. I'll see how I feel this time but I can definitely see me vegging on the couch instead of working every day toward the end of this pregnancy. This will also depend on how busy I am at the time.

I worked until the night before I went into labor, so 2 days past my due date.
I had permission to work from home as much as I wanted in the final weeks, but considering I work with DH and work very close to the birthing center, I didn't see much point. The last thing I wanted was to be home alone in labor when I could be with my husband near the birthing center.
I'm planning on up to 34 weeks. I'm in Canada though and get a year off. Plus I want to take the summer off and this is the perfect opportunity to do it. I will probably take a little bit more time off after the year is up but that will be unpaid of course.
