Eh. No workouts yet as I just finished my meds yesterday. So workout is starting up again this week. Food intake isn't bad. Could definitely be better though
Still haven't getton off my lazy butt to work out. Doesn't help that I have had a few days where my stomach was acting up. Add the not wanting to go in and out of the cold more than I have to.
And I am starting to PMS and I want all the food. :?

I was so proud of myself for not snacking yesterday.
I worked out at the gym THREE times last week! But in the last three days I have completely dismantled all of that hard work by caving into PMS cravings. I have eaten SO.MANY.CARBS.
Oh well. One day at a time.
My goal for this week is to continue to get up early. I need to have more time in my day. I am also going to start doing body-weight exercises throughout the day. (Meaning, I do hero lunges going to/from the bathroom, or if I'm watching TV do situps or pushups during commercial breaks...things like that.)

Did pretty well...appearing half-naked in photos is a good motivator to eat well! :-P
I missed dance a few times, but still got ~5 hours in, plus an hour of yoga. I kept the food and booze reasonable, too. Seem to be down about 1/4" in the waist.
My work outs were awesome last week but my eating was not so awesome. I tend to do just fine on work outs but eat horribly which explains why I never can lose weight. My trainer started a clean eating challenge yesterday that I'm participating in so I've eaten 100% clean both yesterday and today. I'm hopefully that doing that for a full week will help me to "reset" on cleaner eating habits.

I'm channeling my inner 90s (80s?) and bought a step aerobics thingy. That's one of the only things I ever enjoyed doing so I figured, why not? I've been doing awful so hopefully this will help.
I didn't do the greatest last week - took a week off from exercise to rest with the ice. I did okay eating wise, not great. I had a huge episode after I drank too much wine and so I've been booze free for a week now. I think that I'll be staying away from that because I don't make great decisions when I'm emotional + have alcohol.
