My last cycle was 45 days. On CD 12 I noticed some CM and I decided to test with a Wondfo. It was very dark, so I decided to check with a CB digital and it was negative. I haven't had a dark test since. Is it possible that I'm ovulating right after my period? I normally wouldn't even start testing until like CD 15 assuming that I would O late with a long cycle. Maybe this explains why I haven't had a positive OPK since TTC in Nov. because I'm missing it. Ahhh, so stressful. Anyone else have this issue? Should I be concerned that I may be ovulating so early?
I don't think ovulating around cd12 is too early. Honestly, that is about when my RE has me do my trigger when we are doing iuis. Well, cd13 but pretty close. I would start testing immediately after cd1 next time and see what you get. Can you also temp to make sure you are actually ovulating?
Also. Were you on bcp or hormonal bc and if so, how long have you been off it?
January was a year that I've had my IUD removed. I started this cycle out temping but decided to stop about a week in due to one of my close friends passing. I wasn't getting a good nights sleep and too many factors to interfere.
Are your cycles getting longer, or do they vary between 34-45 days? 35ish days seems ok and normal to me. 45 is a bit long, but my dr never had me start progesterone to jumpstart my cycle until cd90. Still, I get that it makes an already long process even longer when your cycles are long. Did you go in for an annual in January? Did you mention the long cycles then? Did you OB say Nything?

This last cycle was my longest. I didn't go for an annual because I had hoped to be pregnant already.
These are my cycles lengths:
Sept: 34 Oct: 35 Nov: 24 (I was sick this cycle was on prescriptions) Dec: 39 Jan: 45
Hmmm. It looks like your Nov cycle was a fluke and they are getting longer. Have you ever been diagnosed with any gyn issues? Endo, PCOS, fibroids, thyroid issues, etc?
I'm invested now. Lol Anyways. If I were you, I would call your OB and schedule an annual. See if you can get in soon ish. Mention the long cycles, ask if she'd be willing to do bloodwork to see if there were any issues. Then, if you can get in before your next cycle starts, you won't have to wait a month and a half to do cd3, cd21 bloodwork.
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.

Never diagnosed with gyn issues. My mom had her thyroid removed years ago, so maybe it's possible. I'll call my OB and see if they can see me soon.
Crap, yesterday was CD 27 and today I have my period. It's very light. This is so strange.
I know you didn't want your period, but hopefully this is a good sign that your cycles are getting back to normal (shorter). I would start temping now and start OPK's on CD 8. I have so many fingers crossed for you
I knew I wasn't pregnant because I tested on Monday. I was just surprised to see it so soon.
Oh this is a good thing! Start temping tomorrow morning, and start taking those opks around cd5-6 to make sure you don't miss O.
Remember that your chance for conception is MUCH higher 2-4 days before O than on or after O, so don't wait to start having sex until you get an +opk. Wish you luck!
