I have decided to replace all of my old pans with stainless and also a couple that can go in the oven. I would love to hear all about your favorites. Please and thank you.

Following this. I'm also curious if stainless works well without sticking with things like eggs. DH and my mom insist I need at least some nonstick pans.
I have a stainless calphalon set that's 10 years old and still perfect. We also have an enamel Dutch oven and a cast iron pan. All of it is oven safe. The Cast iron is what we use for eggs, pancakes, etc.
Thanks guys! We don't have any outlets near us and anything I buy outside of what Target or JCP carry will be ordered online. I am super excited to get new pans!

I just did a ton of research on this and went with an 8 piece Tramontina triply set (it's about $134 from Walmart website.) It gets great reviews there but I was most influenced by how much it is recommended on chowhound.com. these people seem to know their stuff about anything food & cooking. Many compare it to a very $$$ All Clad set. Its definitely just as good as my Cuisinart. Although many say that you should buy individual pieces (triply & even heating is important for saute pans but not necessary for saucepans for most purposes, for example) if you're looking for a set this is a great one. So far I love it & cleanup is just as easy as nonstick. Use baking soda & a plastic scrubby for stubborn stuff
