I bought some borne flats last year, they are plain, no decorations (no buckles/bows etc) and do not have the elastic in the back. I can't remember the design. I LOVE them and I want to get another pair.I got mine at Von Maura, they don't have that style right now. I'm at work or I'd go look at them to tell you what they are. I want more so when these wear out I have another pair to wear. I think they are these shoes www.ebay.com/itm/Born-Nude-Ballet-Flats-Sz-9-5-41-Excellent-Preowned-/371264082173?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item56711050fd I think the style is actually called Julianne. If it has a woven or cloth edge around it, then it's not the shoe I have but it would probably still be really comfortable.
The Payless dexflex scrunch flats are the most comfortable shoes that have ever been made. I have way mor expensive shoes and they don't even come close to these. I wear them at work all day on my feet and they're so comfortable.
This exactly! I can wear these flats all day and my feet don't hurt at all. They are so comfortable.

I hated these. They dig into my heel.
I thought I might be the only one! All the reviews say they are wearable right out of the box, no breaking-in needed. That has not been the case for me. I'm hoping I'll be able to break them in when the weather gets warmer. Has anyone else had to break these in and then loved them?

Cole Haan. Wore them for 5 days in a row, 10+ hours on my feet each day and they were comfortable. I actually had to buy them because after the first day my other flats had totally cut up my heels.
I found the Payless Dexflex flats uncomfortable to the extreme. The "scrunch" didn't unscrunch when I wore them, so it's like my toes were stuck tilted upward, and the back dug into my tendon to the point that it bled. I got 3 different sizes and none of them fit right. Soooo...they might not work for everyone.
