I want to do my 3 c25k runs this coming week and I want to keep following my WW tracking!! I have done it all week!! No binges!! But my period is sloooooooowly arriving so I haven't really seen any scale movement yet.
Clear one mound of backlog from my desk. (logging off Proboards would help, but this is my five minute mental health break after an extra ridiculous client)
To drink less wine. I've done good the last 6 days. But I really really want to try and only have 1 regular sized glass a wine a night and then maybe have 2 glasses on Friday & Saturday night.
UPDATE: Big failure! But the upside is that WLC2 started, so I motivated again......(as i drink an afternoon glass of wine.....what? I'm kid free & not working)

Oh good lord, I have a list.
1. Have sex with my husband at least twice. Poor guy has been getting the shafts without one complaint. 2. Compile a list of addresses for L's birthday party invites. 3. Coutts WW points EVERYONE SINGLE Day. I've not been doing well the last few days, and it soon the scale.
