I need to get out and start running. I Promised my niece I would be her running buddy for a 5k in May and I don't want to embarrass myself. My goal is to get out and jog at least 1-2 miles twice this week.
1. Have sex with my husband at least twice. Poor guy has been getting the shafts without one complaint. 2. Compile a list of addresses for L's birthday party invites. 3. Coutts WW points EVERYONE SINGLE Day. I've not been doing well the last few days, and it soon the scale.
There's more, but baby steps.
#1 - check! #2 - check! In fact all invites have been sent! #3 - see wlc week 1 check in. Failed miserably.
I cleaned out the car yesterday and am in the middle of doing the closets and stuff now. I've gotten rid of so much junk!
My eating wasn't as good as it has been, but it wasn't terrible. I ordered the week samples of shakeology and it comes with workouts, so I'll probably start that next week. I plan on walking the track tonight during Eli's practice and tomorrow during their practices.
Send birthday evite Clean up around the house Do school work for my practicum class it's almost over and I have a lot left to do!
I did send the evite and have gotten a lot of responses back already! our house is still a disaster but im trying I actually did one of my assignments this morning and am working on another right now (but i had to call out today to get the time)

Despite the weather and having to take V to urgent care, I went to the gym 4 times (was shooting for 3). I ate ok all except for one meal. Yet I'm still up two lbs.
Clear one mound of backlog from my desk. (logging off Proboards would help, but this is my five minute mental health break after an extra ridiculous client)
I did manage this! Too bad an additional pile or two came in this week.
Well I'm still eating something sugary every day, but I'm eating more fruits and vegetables for lunch and snack, so I'm going to call it a relative success.
