Favorite classic: Persuasion, with Hamlet and Pride and Prejudice coming in a close tie for second Currently reading: sadly, nothing. I need to find something new to start.
fave classics: LOTR, Dracula and To Kill A Mockingbird
currently reading: American Gods by Neil Gaiman (I'm about to stop though, I feel like I'm trudging through and I'm only on page 280-something). and The Complete Tales and Poems of Winnie-the-Pooh by A. A. Milne--we're reading that one to my belly.

Favorite classic: Catch 22
Currently reading: Just finished the Outlander series and trying really hard (too hard) to get into the Lord John books. Thinking of giving up and trying something else.

I will proclaim Outlander as my favorite series ever, but I didn't/don't like Lord John. it's okay.

Really? I loved that book.
yea, it's weird. I usually love popular books. they're popular for a reason, right? but I just can't get into it.
Is Harry Potter a classic yet? If not, then I also pick To Kill a Mockingbird.
I'm currently switching between Well-Schooled in Murder (third Inspector lynley mystery) and Trigger Warning (Neil Gaiman's new short story collection)
