As I was laying stuff out to pack for vacation earlier today it occurred to me that DS3 seems to have a lot of 2T shorts for the summer, so I decided to count them. There are 37 pairs. I am pretty sure the shirts outnumber the shorts. I shudder to think what would happen if I had girls.
(In my defense, much of this is a function of passing clothes down between three same sex sibs and not being able to resist a few new things along the way. Plus my mom and MIL buying stuff. But still.)
pugz it doesn't seem too terrible! Although I may or may not have acquired 10 new dresses this past week...
Here is the girls' closet after packing up a tote full of winter clothes. They have a full tote of summer stuff that is yet to be unpacked and an obscene number of jeans/leggings. And don't even get me started on their shoes.
I'm glad that I have found a group of fellow shopaholics!

I have a problem with the consignment store because I have figure out that it fuels my shopping because I always think that hey, if I buy DD and DS more expensive clothes, I'll be able to consign them and get my money back!! Then I end up going to the consignment shop and spending even more money. Vicious cycle. But yeah, DD just grew into 18 month sizes and already has a huge stash of 18-24 waiting.
The number of outfits doesn't seem that high, but I find dresses to be less functional than shorts or skort most days. My daughter is 5 so we have maybe 5 or 6 dresses and everything else is something that she can wear to camp and climb or run in easily. We actually wear dresses more in the fall because she's in school.
