Ugh this weekend sucked so bad. This winter just needs to end.
Friday- Abs Saturday- 3 miles + lifting Sunday- 3 miles on the elliptical + lifting. I was supposed to do 9 miles, but the thought of running in the sleet and freezing rain made me want to quit all together. So, I will attempt to do my long run tomorrow.
Sat: DH & I went to a spinning class together & it was so much fun! I haven't done a class in forever & it was DH's first time. I loved the instructor. I'm excited to go again!
Fri - 2400 yd swim Sat - not much, some walking Sun - a couple miles of walking Sadly, I think my running days are done for this pregnancy. Swimming is still great but running has gotten too uncomfortable

Fri: front squats 5x3 85# (de load week) 15.1 open workout: 9min AMRAP 15knees to chest, 10 deadlifts 55#, 5 snatches 55#, this is scaled. I did 160 reps
Saturday: I did two CrossFit workouts 12min AMRAP 50 KB swings (35#) 40 box jumps 30 Goblet squats 35# 20 burpees 10 pull-ups (used a green band) Did 180 reps
Workout #2 was with a partner (so half the work): Buy-in: 200m run with 100 air squats in the middle 4RFT: 40 partner wall-balls, 20 burpees over your partner Buy-out was a repeat of the buy-in No time since the clock oddly never started...
F: 3 mi run S: 45 mins burn boot camp (ohhh i am soooo sore today)& walking the dogs S: circuit training w/500 ab exercises at the end (ditto above about the soreness)
Friday: Rest Saturday: 10 miles Sunday: it was a miracle I got out with freezing rain and a massive hangover, but I did 2.5 torturous miles on the TM and lifted for an hour

Friday: Rest Saturday: Open WOD 15.1 prep-did 2 rounds of the workout and worked up to 175 C& J Sunday: Open WOD 15.1-got some good volume in beforehand, then 3 rounds of workout and worked up to 200 C&J. But now I'm motivated to C&J later this week because I watched my video of my failed attempts at 210 and I think I can get it now!
