2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for this week? Viability this week! I finished our registry and am going to place the final order for nursery furniture soon.
3. Do you have any friends or family members pregnant the same time as you? So many! I have friends who have the same due date as me, 2 months ahead, 1 month ahead, 2 months behind and 4 months behind, it's so fun to go through this together.
4. If you could offer your newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be? Dont let the world get to you. Follow your dreams and chase happiness no matter what anyone says. Despite all the negativity in the world it can still be a beautiful place and you can be a good person.
1. How far along are you this week? 19+3.. so close to half way!
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for this week? We have the anatomy scan on Wednesday and are so excited to find out the sex. We finalized middle names this weekend, so baby will either be Owen Leonard or Ivy Marion.
3. Do you have any friends or family members pregnant the same time as you? No family members, but two good friends are due 7 and 11 weeks behind me. One lives 5 minutes away from me, so I'm happy to have someone to go through all of this with and to be on mat leave with.
4. If you could offer your newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be? Not to sweat the little things, H and I can both be worriers by nature (although usually only one of us is more worried at one time thankfully). I would like our child to be able to relax more than we can.
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for this week? I think DH and I have settled on a name. But we have also decided we're going to keep it secret. This is going to drive my mom and sisters absolutely bonkers, haha. It's going to drive me crazy too, because I suck at keeping secrets, especially from my mom and sisters.
3. Do you have any friends or family members pregnant the same time as you? Oh yes. Several coworkers are due this spring (one just had her baby). We also have 3 couples due within a month of us, all really good friends of ours (former roommates of DH and their wives). Super exciting. No family.
4. If you could offer your newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be? Trust God in all things. Then, do what makes you happy.
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for this week? I have a second anatomy scan this week, so I'm excited to see the baby again. I had an OB appointment on Friday and the first words out of my doctor's mouth were, "It looks like you popped!" This cold weather really needs to end because I'm not going to be able to zip my winter coat much longer. It's pretty comical already.
3. Do you have any friends or family members pregnant the same time as you? No one right now, but one of my good friends should be having an IUI any day now, so hopefully she'll be pregnant soon.
4. If you could offer your newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be? Hmm, I'm so bad at things like this! I just want my child to be a compassionate person and to work hard, but have fun too.
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for this week?
I have early onset sciatica, and it is not pleasant. I can't wait to see when it gets worse the further along I get! lol Same low blood sugar issues as before, I'm eating just about every hour or I get sick. :-(
3. Do you have any friends or family members pregnant the same time as you?
I have a few friends who are pregnant right now, but not on the exact same timeline or anything.
4. If you could offer your newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be?
Be kind to others, and you can do anything you put your mind to - you really can.
2. This week I've had a couple of episodes of what I thought might be it - true contractions that wrap around from my back, I've lost mucous in a few stages, etc - & it has caused me to feel so excited about laboring and delivering again, and then also at times nervous (not for l&d, but for complications). I'm also feeling a little afraid of the first weeks postpartum, and just hoping that I'm more prepared for it this time than I was last time. But, MAN, I am so excited to meet her!
3. Yes! My two best girlfriends! One is 26 wks with her first, and the other is 18 wks with her 3rd boy!
4. You are loved and you are worthy. Don't forget that everyone else in this world is, too.
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for this week? Another growth ultrasound today, hopefully this little girl has been growing well still. Putting more of the nursery together, hoping to get a lot done this weekend!
3. Do you have any friends or family members pregnant the same time as you? Yes - my brother and sister-in-law are expecting their third in June, and H's sister is expecting (again - she has a 7-month-old right now too) in September. Excited to have cousins close in age, it will be fun!Unfortunately we don't live close to either of them. I do have a good friend in the area here who is about 2 weeks ahead of me, so that has been really fun.
4. If you could offer your newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be? I hope that she will always be kind and compassionate to others, and true to what her heart tells her is right.

3. Do you have any friends or family members pregnant the same time as you?
4. If you could offer your newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be?
1. 29 weeks
2. I had a rough weekend. My sister and her H came out to help us move furniture, which was really nice of them! We now have an empty room with a crib in it. But H and I got into a big fight after they left about where to move the office and how to set things up and it just blew up. I feel like we're not really handling all these changes well. I think I might ask my dr. if she knows any therapists we can talk to. I'm feeling really bad about all this and I keep thinking it is just hormomones but it is not getting any better and I have no idea what's going on with H.
3. Not really, most of my friends had their kids earlier than us. I think 3 of my friends little sisters are pg. I feel old. Everyone I know who is pg is 5 years younger than me.
4. I don't really have any advice. I can't even get my own life together let alone taking care of someone else.

1. How far along are you this week? 27 weeks tomorrow
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for this week? I'm on the cusp of third tri!
3. Do you have any friends or family members pregnant the same time as you? Yup! One of my friends just had her son at the end of January. I have a good friend due the same week as me (I predict we'll just miss each other at the hospital), my best friend is due a month after me, and one of DH's co-workers who was my drinking buddy is due 2 months after me.
4. If you could offer your newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be? To paraphrase John Donne, we are all interconnected, your actions affect not only you, but those around you.
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for this week? Nothing to AW really. I'll vent that I'm annoyed by pants of all types right now. Demi panel gives me muffin top, full panel won't stay up, regular pants don't fit, belly bands suck. I wish it were warm enough for dresses
3. Do you have any friends or family members pregnant the same time as you? No, but I've got one CW due with her second the week before me.
4. If you could offer your newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be? Sleep.
1) 34+5 2) the nursery is finally done, I could just spend all my time in there. She has the nicest room in the house. Definately ready to have her already. She moves ALL the time, I think she sleeps for 30 mintues at a time, she actually made me yelp the other day she had such a hard kick. I should be scheduled this week for a c-section on april 3rd. When we had our check in appointment I found I wasn't scheduled yet and might have had a major freak out moment. Excited that my mom has her tickets bought to come out here. 3) One of our best friends is pregnant. My DH and her H work together (I used to work in the same group as her H and have been very good friends for a long time) She is 9 days ahead of me, so it's been great to go through this with her and our kids (they are having a boy) will get to grow up together, though they better not end up dating! 4) There are so many things I want to say to her, I should start writing them all down. But I think I'd say "Go through life with the attitude and belief that there is nothing you can't accomplish"
*hugs* noodleoo. DH and I spent a lot of this pregnancy fighting too, I swear over so many things that were non-issues. In part I think a lot can be hormone induced and they don't know how to deal with that and they have their own sets of fears and issues that boil over into creating arguements. I hope things get better and you guys can enjoy this time together and more so when your LO gets here.

1. 33 weeks
2. Just feeling sore, very ready for a massage this afternoon. Also have a doc appt and am slated to get the Tdap, which I'm not looking forward to AT ALL. Last time I got it hurt and my arm was nearly paralyzed for a good 24 hours (yes, paralyzed may be a bit dramatic, but it was rough!).
3. I have a couple close friends that are a few months behind me. It'll be fun to have babies so close in age!
4. Always remember that 'this too shall pass'. The good stuff won't last forever so live it up and the bad stuff is temporary so don't let it fester.
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for this week? We have our A/S on Friday. I'm alternating between excited and terrified something is wrong. Getting through work this week will be rough. We're planning on taking announcement photos Saturday at the airport. We love to travel and my husband works in aviation so I think it will be cute.
3. Do you have any friends or family members pregnant the same time as you? My BIL and his wife are due about the same time as us. It was a huge surprise for us since they had previously said they didn't want kids. They've been married for almost 6 years and we're going on 5 so I'm sure most of the extended family was giving up hope. My husband's hoping we have ours first since we're older but it could go either way.
4. If you could offer your newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be? Stay true to yourself
1. How far along are you this week? 11 Weeks Today!
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for this week? I have my N/T scan on Monday and I am SOOO excited but also nervous. We took announcement photos in Mexico and I love it and I am so excited to post it online. I also ordered a bunch of maternity clothes yesterday and I bought my diaper bag on Saturday. First big purchases!
3. Do you have any friends or family members pregnant the same time as you? Nope. Three of my siblings had babies in 2014 but I am the only one in 2015. I have a coworker that I am friends with who is a few weeks ahead of me but overall most of my friends are not having kids any time soon.
4. If you could offer your newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be? I am so bad with mushy advice. Is it bad that my advice would be "don't be an asshole". Lol, I have no idea.
1. 35 weeks tomorrow! 2. We're finishing the nursery this week! It's about 90% there, but we have to put up a decal and my mom is bringing over a few things she sewed. 3. Yes, two cousins and a friend. Ironically, all three of this people were also pregnant together when they had their first and I was a year into TTC and feeling very left out. I am so happy I can join them this time. 4. Above all, I want him to be kind and compassionate. I like this quote from Desmond Tutu: "Do your little bit of good where you are; it's those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world." And from George Sand: "Guard within yourself that treasure, kindness. Know how to give without hesitation, how to lose without regret, how to acquire without meanness."

1. 37 weeks 2. Our nursery is looking great! I did our registry completion at Amazon yesterday, so we are getting several shipments tomorrow. I swear, I feel like as soon as we get stuff out of the house, we get more stuff for the baby. 3. Yes. A friend due in June, my sister due in Sept, and another friend in October. 4. Just one? Probably "Don't worry about what other people think. Do what you love."
2.) We announced on FB and it was hilarious. A few old friends must have thought we weren't interested in babies, so it was fun to read their surprise. My dad is super excited to be a grandpa, and now he can shout it to the world. It's adorable.
3.) I have a few friends from the old days. One is due in June and another in August. So that's exciting. Most of my friends either already have children or don't. Not a lot of in between. I think my SIL is TTC baby #2. We will see.
4.) Be a person of love. You can do anything, but do everything with love.
((noodleoo))I am sorry you've had such a rough week. I hope it gets better for you. Keep your chin up.

1. How far along are you this week? 13w4d
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for this week? I look pregnant-my belly is really rounding out. Sleep seems to be getting slightly better.
3. Do you have any friends or family members pregnant the same time as you? My really good friend who's daughter is the same age as my daughter is due 2 weeks before me. My other friend who I work with and our kids go to daycare together was due 5 days after me but she miscarried last week-my heart hurts for her as she's experienced a loss of a child before.
4. If you could offer your newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be? Listen and respect your parents, but be yourself.
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for this week?
3. Do you have any friends or family members pregnant the same time as you?
4. If you could offer your newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be?
2. I had a rough weekend.
Check with your health network-I have kaiser which is obviously a big network, but they offer classes on this kind of stuff so that you can work through the major issues that come up with this huge change. Hugs.
1. How far along are you this week? I'm 17w5d today
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for this week? I have my second OB appointment tomorrow and my anatomy scan next week. I am excited I am finally starting to get a little bump, although in some clothes it still looks like I ate too much.
3. Do you have any friends or family members pregnant the same time as you? No family members, but we have multiple friends who are currently pregnant. One friend just delivered her baby last week at 29w5d.
4. If you could offer your newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be? This sounds silly, but my dad always gave me the advice "don't cheat" when I left for school in the morning. I have applied that to more than just school and have tried to not take the easy way out and deal honestly with people.
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for this week? Nothing much. MFM seems to be happy with my GD #s, but they are increasing my meds a little bit. I meet with a dietician at the diabetes center on Wednesday, hopefully she can give me more meal ideas.
3. Do you have any friends or family members pregnant the same time as you? My boss's wife is due 10 days after me, but we're not super close. My SIL's sister is scheduled for a C-section in a couple of weeks, that's exciting. While not blood related, they'll be like cousins, and they live just 1/2 hour away.
4. If you could offer your newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be? I really like preppy's advice! I guess if I had anything to say it would be something along the lines of don't listen to other people's negativity.

2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for this week? I have my GD screening and an ultrasound on Thursday morning.
3. Do you have any friends or family members pregnant the same time as you? No family members, just a couple coworkers and old sorority sisters that I remain in contact with on FB.
4. If you could offer your newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be? Be true to yourself and trust your gut.

1. 31 weeks today! Gulp.
2. We took a childbirth class this weekend with a tour of the maternity ward. Apparently they have a policy where mothers ONLY get to hold their baby when there's another "alert" adult in the room? (Due to dozing off and letting the baby roll away...) I am going to see what other info I can get from the hospital on that one.
3. No... most of my friends had babies in the last 1-3 years; watching their pregnancies and growing families did make me want to grow our family even more though.
4. Don't get caught up trying to compete with others. Focus on your own interests and talents, and you will do great.
3. I did with both pregnancies. With my ds, my sister was pregnant and due a month before. That's was really fun! With my current, my SIL was due a week before me but she ended up going 5 weeks early. We still had lots of pregnancy time together.
4. Don't do anything to please the crowd. Be yourself and you will be ok!
1. How far along are you this week? 34 weeks, 1 day
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for this week? not really - we have a routine appointment Thursday
3. Do you have any friends or family members pregnant the same time as you? Oh my gosh, yes! I know of 5 other people that are pregnant and 3 of them are due in April (the same month as me)
4. If you could offer your newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be? oh goodness, I am not really sure about this one. But I guess it would be to always be honest.
I remembered some of my favorite parental advice my step-dad gave me. He called it the 11th Commandment "thou shall not get caught". THAT is some good advice, but I won't be giving it to my kid. Lol.
