My almost 2 yr old likes ABC letters and phonics by gurucool. But we have a windows phone and I don't know if its available on other systems.

Its sorta educational. There are letters, numbers, colors and tracing

DS1 really likes the Duck Duck Moose apps. Trucks & More Trucks are big hits.

The Easy Bake Oven app, Lego Duplo and Lego Juniors apps are good too.

My 4 year old loves all of the My Play Home apps. There is My Play Home School and Stores as well. Totally worth the money! She also likes story apps.
