I do much better eating light, diet type foods in the summer! In the winter I crave substance and warmth. I can't decide whether to keep watching calories this week or take a week off before the next WLC begins....

Breakfast- coffee and a raisin bagel Snack- coffee Lunch-cheddar potato bake thing and handful of grapes Dinner - up in the air. I have ground beef out.

B - coffee, grits and a hard boiled egg L - Panera Chicken noodle soup and 1/2 turkey sandwich Snack - WW red velvet cake bites Dinner (will be) - ground turkey w/taco seasoning, corn, beans, mashed potato shepherd's pie, probably with a small Caesar salad b/c I'm craving greens. There will also be wine. Dessert - either kdrake8's 3-2-1 cake, a spoonful of crunchy cookie butter or a Samoa
B - starbucks Venti, banana S - banana L - taco soup S - apple w PB D - spaghetti sauce and 2 turkey meatballs over spaghetti squash S - mug cake during bachelor!
B- 2 cups of coffee with sugar and cream, cinnamon oatmeal L-'3 slices deli turkey, sugar snap pease, sargento cheese stick, baby pickle Snack- 1/2 piece of leftover cake, milk 40 oz water

B - chocolate shakeology blended with peanut butter powder and a banana L - fiesta lettuce wraps, triscuits, raspberries, cheese stick S - cucumbers and green peppers with roasted red pepper hummus D - buffalo chicken veggie bake, brown rice, salad
64oz of water, (2) 10oz cups of black coffee.
My Girl Scout cookies came yesterday, so I may have a few tonight!

It's so tempting to go get another chimichanga, even though I really don't need it. They're really good.

Garlic bagel w/ cream cheese and a flat white. Terrible start to my day - supposed to be dieting. LOL at least I have a cucumber/tomato/feta/garbanzo salad for lunch :/
