I can't remember exactly how old she is - can you try a regular popsicle? Last week when DD was not drinking, the ER said even a regular popsicle was fine. She would eat the Flavor-Ice (ones that have no nutritional value and are pretty much sugar water), but wouldn't touch the pedialyte pops.
And if she is not peeing, is crying with no tears, or can't stop vomiting, call your pedi. That's how we ended up in the ER for fluids. (I think she'd thrown up 8-10 times in 10 hours and was vomiting bile when I called to ask.)
I think Gatorade has been suggested before as an alternative that some kiddos like if Pedialyte is a no go. Maybe try that? I hope she's on the mend soon.
DD did not like the flavored pedialyte, but she chugged the unflavored one.
I was going to recommend the unflavored clear one too.
DS is older but his dr recommended a tablespoon every 10 minutes and if he kept that in without vomiting for a few hours, we could give it unrestricted.
There was a period of several hours and when some liquid went in, it immediately came out the other end.
We have those flavor pops when DD had the stomach bug. It was the ONLY thing she would eat or drink so we gave her as many as she would eat just so she wouldn't get dehydrated. By the next day she ate some soup and drank water again.
Give her anything she will drink honestly. Also Popsicles. You can try a syringe to feed it to her also. I had to do that with the girls last time they had the stomach bug. I gave them syringes filled with the pedialyte.

Hi, I am struggling with this with DD too. She will take pedilyte in a syringe, 10-20 ml at a time, but she won't take it from her sippy cup. I did a Popsicle tonight and she got some of that down. We have also had a little luck with cold Gatorade and some cold water.
Our pediatrician's nurse line said applesauce is good too since it has a lot of liquid in it. I also have jello setting in the fridge for tomorrow.
