My parents called me in a panic. We have engineered hardwood from them...that's different enough that I don't have to worry, right?
I think you can look into the exact brand and such. From my understanding it was primarily the laminate that was made in China that had high formaldehyde levels. I think even the laminate made in the US did not.

I might double check in that case, I know someone on CEP or my local mentioned that they had cork flooring from LL that was made in China. I think the glue is the problem, so it could be any flooring with glue from China.
You can get tests to test the air in the baby's room for formaldehyde.
