Lol, I hope like hell there's a typo in their calculations somewhere.
Serious question though - it's obviously a mistake. We use a local agency and I'm sort of irritated that nobody gave even a cursory eyeball to our renewal paperwork before mailing it to us. Would this be enough to make you quote the business around?
I'm not sure I'd assume anyone even looked at it - a lot of that stuff I think is just very automated. I might give them a courtesy call first to say WTF and see if they can fix it or improve it but I'd be checking other options also.

I would assume typo & that it was an automatic mailing. I would expect that they apologize & fix it asap when you call, if they don't then I would shop around.

Yep I would assume its a typo. Look at it and see if it came from the office or the agency. I know mine comes from the local office and my insurance agent signs all the cover sheets, I'd be pretty pissed if I got that. I would use it as an excuse to shop around a bit.
It doesn't really hurt to shop around (other than your time), but if it were me I'd call first to ask about it and then decide after seeing how they respond.
