H is meeting a friend for pizza and beer so I'm making him bring me home sme pizza. That means I'll be eating pizza at like 10 which cannot be good for the waistline.
DH is headed to a hockey game, so it's just me and DD. I made butternut squash and goat cheese soup the other day, so we will probably have that if I can convince DD to eat it.
This is our busy night--DS1 has tae kwon do and then soccer practice, so I'll drive through and get the kids fast food in between. Not ideal but better than playing soccer on an empty stomach. They are deciding between McDonalds, Schlotskys, and Sonic.
DH and I will eat after soccer. I think some tasty takeout + House of Cards may be in order. It's already shaping up to be a tough week.
I made an extra one for the freezer. Elizabeth helped me measure/pour and in the process, damaged one of the pie crusts, so egg filling also leaked all over the kitchen and the floor. And we know the smoke detector works. And the oven needs to be cleaned, which probably negates the time I spent making a freezer meal, lol.

This sounds so good! I have to remember recipes like these. H isn't a fan of such things sadly enough so I scratch most right away and just stick to tacos/quesidilla sort of things for the kids.
I'm going to do this one night next week. H can have PBJ! Ha.
We were supposed to be having Parmesan crusted baked chicken, roasted broccoli and mashed potatoes. But I think we might be having a Culvers date with my SIL, BIL and niece instead!

DH is making pasta when he gets home, we'll probably pair it with some crescent rolls and salad. I ran today and DD has been BFing a lot (growth spurt?) so hopefully I don't get too hangry before dinner.
