I don't think you are overreacting. It's not as if she has a runny nose and you want to go to the ER. Trust your gut. If you're gut says she's ok, that is totally ok.
The measles stuff scares me and I would take her in tonight. I totally get not wanting to wake her if she's sleeping happily, but if it's getting worse, I would worry about other symptoms developing overnight. That looks really bad I'm graduating from nursing school in 2 months and those pics are worrying me.
I just don't want to wake her up if she's sleeping fine with no fever. She's had the rash since Sunday and doesn't seem any worse other than the rash itself. Monday was her worst day. I don't think we have a dedicated pediatric urgent care, but we DO have a pediatric ER. I'll check on her before bed and make sure she's still doing okay.
eta: I keep going back and forth between feeling like I'm underreacting and feeling like I'm overreacting.
Don't feel that you are overreacting. I've seen people go to the ER for a runny nose. I'd take her in, even if it turns out to be nothing, it will give you peace of mind.

FWIW (which is basically nothing), I don't think you're underreacting, and I don't think you need to wake her and take her to the ER given that it's just the rash without a fever and she's not totally miserable or anything. Just call the Pedi in the morning.
Non-mom who wanted to let you know I'm sending Grt vibes for whatev you decide, Tamb. Mostly I just wanted to comment on that pic from today w/ those adorably awesome lip bubbles!!! Poor baby, but I die from sympathetic cuteness!
Poor baby. I also wouldn't wake her up to take her in if she has no fever and her breathing is fine.
I completely missed strep in my kiddo in December, he acted fine and didn't complain until it was scarlet fever, but he definitely had a noticeable fever with the rash.
Poor E. I'm sorry. L had HFM pretty bad over the summer, but I agree it didn't really look like what E has. Hopefully you can get some answers tomorrow!
Poor little thing!!! I haven't read all the responses yet, but is there any possibility it is an allergic reaction? I look exactly how she looks when I am around certain pesticides or things that irritate me (insulation, and crap like that). It looks so scary and feels itchy but is otherwise harmless. Maybe some kids benedryl? Sorry she has you worried!! I hope she is better asap.

Not weighing in on what to do, but just wanted to check to see if she's well hydrated - I learned recently that dehydration in infants can cause a rash to increase in severity.
Poor baby and poor you. Hope she's feeling better asap!
