DS made it through the night without puking. Well, at least he made it til 4:45 when I left to go meet a friend to run. He woke up right before I left and told me he still didn't feel good, but I figure if we made it that long, he should make it til when he gets up at 8.
I'm currently sitting at Starbucks attempting to get some work done since I'll be home with him all day. Last night I made my pre-8am plan: run, Starbucks, Lowe's (so I can finish my laundry closet project-they open at 6am!), bake oatmeal for my boys. Half way done.
I'm hoping to get all of my consignment sale stuff entered today. I pulled it down from the attic last night-2 diaper boxes of toys, 2 66qt bins of toys, 2 66qt bins of clothes. OMG.

My DD1 had the stomach flu only between 6-9am yesterday. Then she napped and woke up perfectly fine. Bizarre, but I'll take it.
My DH started his new job this week after both us of freelancing for years. I'm beyond excited to finally have really good insurance (with dental, vision & low deductible!) and direct deposit! I'm old.
Ds2 slept 7hrs, woke up for 20 mins, back to sleep for another 3 hours. I feel great today! Fingers crossed my good sleeper is coming back!
We've got a play date to go to this afternoon. Im kinda not looking forward to it because the friend who offered to host our group also runs an in home daycare and when we get together when she's working I always spend most of the time trying to keep snotty toddlers off my kids :s
arch01, you are way productive for sub-8 am. I'm impressed.
My DS woke up at 415. Neither of us went back to sleep and we are both extremely crabby. Yay.
Our washing machine is broken and we won't have a new one until next week. I have anxiety about all the laundry I need to do. My kid has no clean pants.
It's snowing here and the majority of my staff will not be in. Daycare is closed. I live only 6 minutes away, so I think I'm going to head in now and do some work for a couple of hours and come home by like 10am. If my boss doesn't pat me on the back for this, I'm going to punch her (not really).
Everything is closed around here, but DH is going into work and I'm sure the gym is open. Blah, I do not want to teach today. I realized I have ten days in a row of teaching due to subbing for my out of town boss. Today is only day 3. I'm tired already.
Was getting ready and dd has a temp of 102.5. Damn teeth. Guess she can't go to daycare and I left my computer at work. Really hoping mil can watch her for a while.
Checked my phone at 5:15 and promptly rolled over and went back to sleep until about 10 minutes ago (sorry peeps)! H brought me coffee in bed so we are just relaxing. Of course he's already talked about the things he needs to do so I will be on kid duty again. At least we have beauty and the beast to watch.
J drank almost a whole sippy of 3/4 wcm and 1/4 formula. Woo hoo. I think we're going to paint the patio tonight because it's not suppose to rain. We need to finish it before his party.
This is the first morning in what feels like ages we aren't running around with delays, cancellations, or just general stuff to do. My middle has preschool today and we're going to Costco this afternoon. Yippee.
And in more important complaints, why are the last two weeks of pretty little liars not on demand. If I'm going to be home with dd this morning I want to be able to catch up on my crappy TV shows!

Dd threw up yesterday afternoon and had slight fever, she seemed fine in the evening. I'm hoping she is ok today! I took the day off for her second birthday and we were going to her music class and lunch and had a fun day planned
While I am glad this weather didn't cancel school (makeup day is Memorial Day, wtf?) I was really hoping for a delayed start so I could WFH. I have no excuse to not be on time to work.
DH finally agreed to WFH thank goodness. So I just sent him out to get a few groceries before the snow hits. I realized we have no jelly, which is a problem for our PB&J-loving child. He's going to get McDonalds on the way back (heart).
DD's school is open, but it looks awful out there. Nonetheless, we're sending her. DH has to work and I need to nap bc DS was up on and off all night with a vaccination-related low grade fever.
If I were feeling perkier, I would probably keep her home.

Laundromat? Or contact one about doing your laundry for you? They usually charge by the pound.
I feel like I am going to fall over from lack of sleep.
H's snoring woke me up and I made him move to the couch at 2:30. DD had to be put back in bed at 3:00. I got woken up again at 3:30 because I could hear him snoring through a closed door and over a ceiling fan, TV on, and pillow on my head. All night long.
I know this is a repeat from what I posted MOTN, but I did not fall back asleep and then had to listen to someone's fucking alarm going off in 10-minute intervals from 5:00 until 6:15. I am glad your CPAP is on the way, but you are not the only one in this house who is not sleeping, dude. And I'm 36 weeks pregnant. Rage.
I can't remember who said it (a while ago) but it does seem like 10 months was the 'key' to DD sleeping through the night…what a difference it makes too. It is just lovely.
We all have a snow day here and I successfully managed to get DD back to sleep at her 530am wake up. She was only up one other time, so I'm callling it a win.
I have so many house projects to do but zero motivation. I just want to sit on the couch in my pajamas.
J and H are both still sleeping, so I'm enjoying my bagel and coffee in peace.
I have a bunch of errands I had planned on doing today (like getting an eye exam so I can refill my contacts before our trip) but I don't wanna go out in the snow.
Adding to the puke theme, C woke up covered in it sadly saying, "I made a mess."
H can't stay home to help, so it's me, pukey toddler, and six week growth spurt newborn home alone today. I am freaking out and praying P and I don't catch it.
My boss just sent me a text that said "I need them to just shut up right now" referring to the coordinators of this project I'm working on. I can't stop laughing because this has been exactly my thought for the past two days.
Today is my Friday for the week, thank god. Except that I have two articles due by the end of next week that I haven't really started. Looks like I'll be working over the weekend!
DD has pics tonight at dance class with her recital costume. She doesn't want to go. I'm partly annoyed at no cute pics but then think that I'm saving $50. I probably wont fight her.
DH and I are trying to both WFH today as DD1's school is closed and we decided not to send DD2 & DD3 to daycare due to the weather. The girls love it, us not so much, lol. Right now DD3 is leaning on me watching tv while I'm working on my laptop.
We were supposed to have dentist appointments for all three kids and then swim lessons. Yeah that's all cancelled due to snow.
Today's my baby brother's 19th birthday. We're going out to dinner later and he's bringing his girlfriend. This is the first girlfriend he's ever told any of us about and I'm so excited to meet her!

How much snow did you guys get? My sister said they got ~4 inches out in Anderson Township/Mt Washington.
