I kind of think so, yes. I still like a lot of their stuff just not how logo-centric it is. BUT I spend most of my time in yoga pants so take my word with a grain of salt.
ETA: My single NYC fashion friends don't wear Tory, but my SAHM friends do. Anecdotes...
I like the TB flats that don't have the big logo button on them. I have them in black patent leather and wear them all the time when it's warm. They're also super easy to pack for vacations.
I agree with @starry in depth analysis :-). Like anna7602 I think the items with big logos and such are mostly trendy. That doesn't mean Coach and TB don't make some very nice quality pieces (loving some of Coaches new old school leather bags that are out lately). It just may be particular styles like the coach bags with the "C" stamped or the TB flats with the logos are much more main stream and not as "classic".

I would say they are out. I see 12 year olds in them here (which is what has happened with Coach, Tiffany, etc.) and that's how I know it's time to move on.
Did you get some? I'm telling you the Tieks are way more comfy but you have to buy online. I don't know if TB is on its way out..I'm in CO and people are not into labels here as much as say Dallas where I used to live.

I still wear Tiffany too. (wilted)
ETA: Not the heart crap! But I have lots of simple studs, etc.
Oh no, don't get me wrong. I do too. It's just that 12 year olds are wearing the same things I am and that's super annoying
Coach has been out since like 2009 lol. Even I knew that! When everyone you know including Grandma is all into Coach shit, you know it's going to be on its way out very soon (or already out).
I would consider buying them too if they were comfortable. I still wear Cole Haan
Today though I'm wearing Clarks lol
Well shit. I love my Cole Haan flats.
But I'm not very fashionable despite living in NYC, so there's that. I bring fashion shame to my city.
I didn't realize Cole Haan was out either. Wearing logo stuff isn't big in my circle so Coach has never been in, but Cole Haan isn't flashy, just expensive.
I think Tieks are taking over Tory as far as flats go.
And people talk about them the same exact way they did about TB 10 years ago "Oh you have to try them, they are SO comfortable, I am not buying them just for the TB name I swear!!"
I have had a $400ish store credit to Tory Burch for almost 3 years and just cannot find anything to buy using it. In part because everything is so expensive and in part because I don't love the logo.
I think it probably is and has been for a few years since women in my office were wearing TB flats 3-4 years ago and I don't live in a stylish place. Both brands I think are luxury for the "real" middle class but the "upper upper middle" classes and beyond have moved on. Just a non stylish guess.
THERE ARE STILL AIR JORDANS! and selling at $158 on average. Yeesh.
Well I could have told you that. . My kid thinks they are awesome. The richest kid in his class (legit rich--like nine figure net worth land) gave him an Air Jordan t-shirt for his 7th bday, so I am assuming actual rich kids like it, too. Or at least that is what they think their poor friends want. That said, 7 yos are not known for their fashion sense, so who knows.

I think Tory Burch is the same thing it always was. I also think Coach is coming back a little. I'd much rather own a Coach bag than TB or Michael Kors because of the brand history and because I like the legacy styles.
Logos are out in general and have been for a few years. Apparently LV is trying to bring them back in a big way though.

Corbin owns 2 pairs of KD sneakers and asked for a 3rd pair for his birthday. He is such a lemming.
I refuse to purchase DS1 more than one pair of KDs in a given size. I just can't get on board with multiple pairs if $130 kids' shoes. And don't even get me started on the damn Nike Elite socks.

That's because LVMH gives no fucks! LOL
They feel the same way about their signature and loud logos as Hermes feels about torching their excess shit at the end of the season, so it doesn't fall into the wrong hands. Doesn't give a shit what nay sayers say.
I felt like Coach was moving in the right direction by focusing on enhanced leather, with a minimal embellished gold piece of coach script.
Then I saw the embossed bags, and thought, one step forward, eight steps back.
Oh man, that coach bag is fug. MK annoys me because he seems to copy a lot. But he is swimming in a pool of money Donald Duck style, so whatever, good for him haha.
I don't believe that Hermes really torches excess inventory. Just come to Hong Kong. That shit is EVERYWHERE. Seriously, some days it would probably be easier for me to find a 35 cm black togo Birkin than to find some freaking Chlorox wipes or other mundane thing I need to purchase. Of course I couldn't afford the former, lol, but if I could I'd be able to find it.

Any recommendations?
Send the credit to me! I am happy to help you out with this dilemma.

I wasn't aware of Tiffany being out.
These things must go in cycles, because I remember Grandma having Coach in like the 90s, and then somehow it came back and became cool and Harajuku-like or something.
They completely rebranded. They were solely old-lady for a long time. Then they rebranded and were cool. Now they are back to everyone wearing them.
