I'm thankful that there's no snow in the forecast while my H has to drive for hours today and tomorrow. I'm also thankful for my dog making me feel safe while H is away (heart).
I'm thankful that H can work from home because it's made things so much easier for me.
I'm thankful for the support I've gotten over on MMM (including from some of you ladies!). I've had a rough couple of weeks and the support has been very helpful!
I'm thankful for heat. I'm thankful for DH's awesome health insurance that covers chiropractor appointments for $10 copay. I have an appointment at 3. I'm thankful for my mama being my mama. I'm thankful for my puppies (catching up on Downton Abbey episodes and the dog is sick--crying ugly tears over this).

I'm thankful my H is painting my bookcase today because I didn't want to do it. He also painted the table the other day. (We are on a painting old furniture to liven up the place kick)
- The weather this coming week. I hope it actually gets up to the warmer temps like it says! - Going out of town next week, can't wait to be off work for a bit! - My H being productive! - Getting lots of things done before our trip
HoneySpider Just got back from the interview. It was super awkward. I thought I was meeting them about volunteering and a center tour, therefore had M with me (which they said was fine in advance). Well, turns out it was actually a job interview. When they saw my resume they want to hire me as opposed to have me volunteer. That's awesome, but a little warning would have been helpful. I didn't have my portfolio with me, and it's hard to discuss creating and leading a brand new department with a baby trying to eat the CEO's computer cords. lol.
On the up side, they're very interested and I'm emailing my portfolio tonight.
Well, it might have been awkward but sounds promising at least!
I'm thankful for the kindness and support I've received on GBCN regarding being a new mom and breastfeeding. Someone reached out to me privately that had almost the exact experience as I've had, and it was so reassuring.
I'm thankful for how supportive my H has been and that he was able to take 3 weeks off from work to spend with me and baby. It's been a great bonding experience for our relationship, despite the difficulties of having a newborn.
I'm thankful for my mom, who let me cry on her shoulder this week.
I'm thankful for our families who have been providing us with meals periodically since we've been home.
I'm thankful for my good friend who has 20+ years of OB nursing experience who is always ready and willing to answer my questions.
Basically I'm just really thankful for all the good people in my life. =)
