Ha. My toddler actually is the same way! She fucking HATES mashed potatoes. Both of my kids do. But the toddler will eat raw bell peppers and they both shove beet hummus into their mouths as fast as they can. They also both love baked potatoes. Little weirdos.
DD2 will eat curry (spicy or mild) like it's going out of style and DD1 frequently snacks on raw spinach.

She won't eat pasta except mac and cheese. She will not touch blueberries or applesauce. She will, however, ask for blueberry pouch and blueberry yogurt.
They also both really like regular fried eggs. 2 for each at breakfast most mornings. The only cereal either of them really want/will eat a decent amount of is Kix (which is fine. Relatively healthy. Just so boring).
DD does not like bananas or banana flavored anything, which I think is a weird kid thing to not like.
DS isn't crazy about the taste of milk apparently and would rather water in his bottle lately.
My kids love bleu cheese. They also love, love, love cucumbers (but they have to be peeled).
LOL to the bleu cheese. That's awesome and even acquired taste for most adults.
DD loves cucumbers too. When in they're garden she'll walk by and eat them straight off the plant. All summer long she asks for cucmemebers with sauce (Ranch).
Refuses to try spinach. In things or alone. But we found out recently that he likes kale...? LOL. Because at daycare, one of the regular breakfasts is basically a kale frittata. So if we call spinach in something "kale," he'll eat it. Sigh.
Oh, E dips everything in ketchup. H initially told him not to, but I see no reason he can't/shouldn't. Especially since our ketchup is the kind most people roll their eyes at (organic, no HFCS...), so really, it's just veggie sauce on his veggies when he dips his broccoli in it.

It'd be quicker to write what he does like. Of course, chips, candy, crackers are on the list. He only likes CHOCOLATE desserts though, guys. There'd be hell to pay if I gave him vanilla cake. Here are Oliver approved foods:
chicken nuggets (not to be confused with chicken tenders) most breads (waffles & pancakes included), but toast has to be dry PBJ hot dogs/corn dogs scrambled eggs cereal/granola chalupas from Taco Bell turkey sandwiches from Firehouse Subs (he ate 2 the other night for dinner. 2!!) most fruits broccoli hummus ketchup
That's it! He'll eat a few bites here and there if I bribe him, but I think this is about the extent of it. I'm not sure what I did to deserve this picky toddler, but it might payback for h b/c he never ate vegetables until we started dating at 19.
