That I can think of right now, cranberry pecan bread from the bakery down the street. J and a walked up there last Sunday and it was still warm when we got home. Between the 5 of us we devoured it in about 5 mins.

There used to be this Mennonite bakery that sold the best lemon bars. They were only $1.15 each. They closed a year or two ago. Everything they made was amazing.
I bought two pinwheels for $1. apiece several years ago. We wired tied them to A's scooter and the tricycle. They provided hours of entertainment for my kids and every toddler that we ever came in contact with.
My favorite new quick lunch- The deli at Kroger sells popcorn chicken for $1.50. I add yogurt or a fruit all around and we have lunch for 3 kids and 1 adult for under $5 and the chicken is pretty darn tasty.
I had it for a couple months until my annual visit and my Dr says..."wait I see something. Oh your body is rejecting the Mirena. It has to come out". I thought I had some pain happening. Boo!
lets hope the OOP for a vasectomy is less than $5.
I give these away in my office. Cake Batter "lip balm." I didn't know they were a real flavor!
My usual happiness under $5 is either a slice of cake or a cupcake if the cake is over $5. Though it's hard to find good cake in the suburbs.
ETA - I see a lot of you like cake batter Chapstick! I just reordered the lip balm and I don't think I got Cake Batter this time. I need to see if I still have time to change it!
