I finally remembered my fffc. I have been bribing C every night that she will get a surprise in the morning if she goes to sleep fast. Like 45 minutes as apposed to the two hours she has been taking. She forgets about it every morning. Win win. Positive reinforcement.
You are so lucky. C remembers every.damn.thing. He forgets nothing.

Carter has started pretending to care for his "baby" too, and I am so freaking in love with it. I got A the bitty baby twins for Christmas, but she plays with the "Bella" one and he plays with the "Carter" one. He carries it around, hugging it, patting its back. He pretends to breast feed and give bottles and spoonfuls of food. And he'll cover it with blankets and say "ahhhh."

H picked her favorite divey diner for our special outing. It's on a corner that is the hub of the homeless population. We ran into a woman washing her rear end in the bathroom. H wasn't pleased with the water mess she made.
Poor Nolan has awoken two nights in a row quite upset, like inconsolable. Bad nightmare? Night terror? I don't now, but it took a lot of work and time I get him to stop crying. Poor little guy. Adam was so damn sweet and brought Nolan's two favorite stuffed animals to him while I was rocking him.
B always seem to choose a theme for her birthday that is not a theme you can buy in stores. I have spent a crazy amount of time coloring Teen Titan Go pages to hang around the house & use for the games. At least there was no shortage of super hero games online.

She usually does and if she doesn't will remember. But somehow this slips her mind. Don't worry it won't last for long.
TrudyCampbell does that nose stuff make you throw up? I totally just did. Would that be the kicker to my shiitastic week. Strep, another cold and now a stomach virus.

Yikes, that doesn't sound normal! How much have you used it?
Dh and I are watching Amazing Race right now (don't worry, no spoilers) and in the intro, they said "This season is sponsored by Fitbit. Last week the teams burned 99,000 calories, which is like eating 170 bowls of ramen noodles." Um, no, I'm pretty sure burning calories isn't actually the same as eating ramen noodles.
Sorta random, but the whole time I was reading the college thread the song "what do you do with a BA in English?" from Avenue Q was running through my head.
My grandmother is still convinced we named Carter after a family name on her side. She just emailed me one family line going back to C's Great x 11 grandfather, Captain Thomas Carter, b. 1630. The last Carter was the mother of an Arizona Territorial Supreme Court Justice (my great-great-great-grandfather, and the last attorney in my family before me).
I love that a) these records exist, and b) my grandmother emails them to me at 10pm. I hope to be 1/10 as cool as she is one day.

To clarify, I wasn't liking Nolan's night terrors.
Being sort of an only child and also OAD, I love hearing about the sweet sibling interactions. It's slightly foreign to me, but it makes my heart melt a little.

I absolutely love seeing my boys interact (other than the times that Nolan pushes Adam, or Adam is mean to Nolan for whatever reason). It makes me happy to see them love on eachother and support each other, I love seeing their sensitivity and love for eachother blossom.
I went out for drinks. When I got home Thad woke up and took a long time to get back down. Now I'm laying in bed convinced he is sick. I thought the anxiety had lessened when my job search was over. Sigh.

Apparently DH yawned at work and was lectured by his boss about sleep. He should, according to his boss, "be selfish" and set up a sleep arrangement for himself where he can't be woken up by D.

Wtf? That's so dumb. Also yawning doesn't even always mean you are tired! Maybe K made this up to see if you would be like "oooh yeah. He's right man. Okay go sleep in a man cave with white noise and ear plugs, I've got this."

I only did like two sprays each. Seriously worst week ever.
